The experience from initial website order to online tracking and delivery was easy and excellent. The items picked out for delivery were exactly as requested. Ordered a Starlight Serenade Deluxe with a vase and teddy bear. Pricing is always very reasonable. Thank you for completing a long-distance surprise!

I didn't see the negative reviews before I placed my order,so was very nervous until the flowers arrived. Everything is mostly ok, but my order of Cotton Candy which is pink and white,recipient's favourite colour,was substituted for red and peach! Quite a difference!

For more than a year, I've been a loyal customer of Bloomex and I can honestly say that their service has been nothing short of exceptional. Their ordering process is hassle-free and their flowers always arrive fresh and gorgeous. My friends have been delighted with their gifts, and I owe that to the outstanding team at Bloomex. Kudos to you, guys!

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!!I ordered flowers for my friend on her first mothers day... I had to pay a $15 delivery surcharge because it was mothers day weekend, but even with that, the flowers weren't delivered till the Tuesday following (may 16th).I ordered snapdragons and that was not what was delivered. Not only were they not the right flowers, but they were also sad, droopy, wilting, and what looked like left over mothers day flowers.... not to mention my friend is sensitive to the scent of lilies…I contacted their support that day and told them what was wrong and they told me to email the wecare email with pictures, so I did (also on may 16th)... to which I've never received a response from...After waiting over a week for a response, I contacted live support again today (may 23rd), and the agent was answering me promptly until I asked for a refund... the chat then went unanswered for over 30 minutes (and is still unanswered as I type this)... I then called the help line, just to get hung up on TWICE!!!Once an agent answered, the only resolution I was given was to have the flowers resent a week later (and probably still the wrong ones) or a credit on my account...He said its all clearly stated in the substitution policy, which it is, but they sure don't show you that policy at checkout....And after reading the reviews, why the heck would I want a credit to just get terrible service again....Glad to see they like keeping their customers happy....

My Mother got these bone dry flowers on Mothers Day with the Oasis crushed with no moisture. Upon complaint they would only say we did not complain to the right department within 24 hours and that they could not see all of the flowers. Look for your self. This company has bad service and does not stand behind their product. I'm a long time client too, not anymore.

I Have ordered many flower bouquets from Bloomex and each one is beautiful. Many different types of flowers, all fresh and colourful with a really nice odour. Will order again - Thank You for such a great service!

This deserves 0 stars. Paid $144 for Valentines Designer Collection IV Combo. Paid extra for Deluxe flowers, Red Vase and teddy bear. Instead I received regular flowers, clear vase, cheap teddy bear and chocolate. What a waste of money. Called multiple times just to get hanged up after putting on hold. Sent email no response. They say chat online but no one there either. These people are complete fraud. Better to go to store and wasting money with Bloomex.

WOW. Unbelievable. Was looking for flowers for my mothers funeral. I came across Bloomex, and the prices were great. As a first time buyer, I was hesitant. I ordered several arrangements and I was hoping for the best. The customer service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. When I arrived at the church, all the arrangements were set up and, my oh my, were they beautiful. I will definitely order from them again and I will referral them to everyone. I always use bloomed for my floral needs. Their flowers are nice, and the price is reasonable. They use local florists to complete your order.
