They've been very helpful in the past but have been skimming more and more of the money I'm supposed to get! I always bring in the same giant bag once it's full and is between $40-50. This time, same bag was only $25? That's a level of skimming that's outright THEFT! Shame!UPDATE: since this review they cleaned up their act and are much more honest. Not perfect, but much better than it was.

DON'T TRUST the automated counting machines. I watched them put through 60 bottles, and it only counted 48. I proved this to staff who could not answer why this had happened. They paid for the error, but who knows how many of my two large bags of cans were missed. MAKE SURE you know a precise count if you want to be paid accurately. BEWARE!

Very efficient, they clean their bays when they can, thoroughly. Very sanitary of what they can. Respectable. Thorough. Not much for conversation, but more thorough on getting the job done right.Thanks for a positive experience.

Large, clean and well lit facility. The stainless steel counters each have dedicated spray hoses to ensure no sticky residue.A modern computer system clearly displays your returns and dispenses your refund.Staff are friendly and efficient. Enough staff are on shift that I've never experienced a wait of more than one or two minutes. A large vestibule ensures you are waiting in a nice, heated interior rather than outside.The parking lot is huge and the parking spaces are very generous (no door dings!)

Very busy depot on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend but they processed by sister's 30+ large garbage bags in about 25 mins, so that was efficient.And these Depot workers are great, remember to TIP them as they are working very hard and they are very friendly too.
