I ordered 2 large pizzas and entered the code that got me one for free. The lakeshore location gave me about 1/4 of the amount of cheese that a pizza usually gets. Some pieces literally had no cheese at all. I'll be ordering from a different location next time as this usually doesnt happen with Pizza Hut.

Waited over an hour for our delivery. The driver said it was a long drive, we live 10 minutes from the establishment. I’ll pick up next time. Pizza was cold and lacked cheese (I have a photo). Called and complained about wait time. Was not offered any sort of price reduction.

Well this is the first time I've had an order from this location that is wasnt good. The delivery person didn't have change to give me so he got a 8 dollar tip and which I didn't know that both of my pizzas were tipped side ways and only had topping on one side of the pizzas. To bad cause I really like there deals and pizza. And how fast they are. Probably won't order from there again.

It's frustrating to order when people just don't listen, there's no where to park to pickup. Even after paying, I'm waiting for my receipt so I ask for it, what does she do? Throws it in the garbage.

Pizza hut always provides pretty consistent food. They always have deals and their rewards program adds up to free pizza pretty fast.It's tough to find parking at this location because gyro beach goers park in the lot. They should really have some spots for 5 minute pickup or something.

I've compared the pizza hut locations on Harvey and the one on Louie Drive in Westbank. Hands down this location makes the best pizza. It's always well done and they don't skimp out on the toppings.

Rude staff. Honestly the most pitiful excuse for franchise owners. This place will run intself into the ground. Use the location on harvey. The staff there are friendly, definetly worth the drive.

Always a great option for eats on a budget. Pizza is very oily and flavorful so I wouldn’t recommend getting it everyday, but perfect for parties or an easy bite. I took one star off because they didn’t have the 10 dollar medium pizza deal in Kelowna and of course it doesn’t compare to the restaurant style of pizza.

Just when you have though service couldn't get any worse along comes this Pizza hut, 45 minutes late on delivery and order wrong, asked for money back and flat out refused after demanding it back as pizza cold and order wrong and much back and forth they returned money, just another joke of a place for service, message to manager as looking at your rating you had better figure this out as I find it hard that anyone would order from you.If I could give a negative review I would
