A&W is always my go to fast food restaurant but this establishment had the worst customer service and atmosphere of any I’ve been in. Out of napkins, onion rings, and ketchup, but wouldn’t offer us any other sauces without an additional charge. Accidentally charged us for an extra fry we didn’t order, and one of the fry orders was cold and stale. Will not be returning.

I love this place I always get good food when I order and it’s 24hr drive through which is always convenient thanks to all the staff at this location keep up the good work!

Honestly, I love a&w ! As vegetarian, they have the best veggie burger (and onion rings, lol)! Whenever I'm in a pinch, i get the beyond meat burger in a lettuce wrap. I went to this location on Xmas eve. They were able to fire up the grill before shutting it down, that was so sweet :)

I visited this Barrie location on Cundles, this past Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at about 7:30 pm (check the cameras, the proof is there!!). I ordered 2 combo meals and mine was a Beyond Meat burger combo. One of the employees behind the counter poured the soft drinks and as she was placing them on the counter, one of them turned over and spilled a bit, the lid and the cup were wet, but she picked it up and left it there, cleaned the counter around it a bit. I remember saying to myself, I really hope those aren't ours because that's gross
