An excellently located downtown residential tower, with great amenities (large gym, pool, hot tub, sauna) and very close to transit (Skytrain, buses). The 04 corner units on higher floors have the best views - water and the North Shore mountains.

Agree with the other reviews here - if you are looking for an apartment in Vancouver this building has by far the worst security/doorman I have ever encountered. Insulting and obnoxious behaviour towards long term tenants with no cause. Management should take action.

Best location in Vancouver, all public transport within 2 mins walking distance, efficient size apartments with all the amenities just down the elevator. I have happily lived here for 9 years and won't go elsewhere in Vancouver.

Still a very confusing lay out and I have been to dozens of events here. Nice building that took almost 2 years to build, tough location for deliveries to a 'live construction' site. Has a 'green roof' with grasses and plants to feed the birds and if not mistaken they also have bee hives on the roof - bees attracted to flowers, etc on the roof and set up their hives, with human assistance, at this location.
