Worst experience after visiting the store, I was having issue with my account, and went straight there coz we bought phone/sim there. The work is just to see that we have 2valid I’d and update it to our account as I called customer service they said we need to go to the store and just show them the 2 ID card. That’s it…!!!So, the guy out there said oh sorry I can’t update your ID right now coz we are busy. Like seriously there were only 2 people. If you can’t even provide service to ur existing customers thn why are you focusing on making new customers. Will never visit or recommend going to the surrey central Fido store. Like bruhhh seriously….!!! U are busy selling just phone and deals and doesn’t care that ur existing customers having prblm…!!Thank uWill nvr come back.!!

I added my dad to my fido plan and he lives in a different city so when he has troubles getting his new phone going he went to fido at central city mall in Surrey,BC to get assistance and buy a new phone case. The guy working wouldn't even look at my dad's phone and told my dad to go get help from the other cell phone store across the mall. Horrible service.

I was helped by Harman to get a new phone. He kept pushing additional add on of 15 bucks that I told him several times I don’t want. At the very end when I was reading my new contract I saw he left the add on there. I confronted him again he said to not worry about that it’s not on the contact and he scratched it off with pen! Red flag! I get home and receive an email about the add on I was so mad. I called Fido and even sent the contract where he scratched it off with pen. I realized they get that amount as commission. Ridiculous. DO NO GET HELP FROM HARMAN. A liar and scammer.

I purchased my mobile number at the Central City store (10153 King George Boul, Unit 2659 Surrey, BC V3T2W1). When I purchased my phone number, a salesman charged me for the initial payment of $10 (it is not one time $50 charge). He asked me if I wanted to pay in cash or by card. I paid in cash. Today, I received my bill but did not see this $10 in my balance. When I contacted the FIDO specialist through my FIDO account, they told me that I would have to contact that store, as the store has different actions from them. I think FIDO does not control its stores.

Disclaimer: The review is for the store itself and less about Fido (which I know many people have more polarizing opinions about)I came two weeks ago during the promotion for customers who are with Freedom and looking to switch carriers. Got a iPhone 11 Pro with it too. Customer service was great as it should be. Scarlet, the store manager, was very helpful and was great with not only her customers but with her employees as well.I'd suggest for people who are having issues with phone companies/stores, look for fine print information on promotions. Go to their website, call the support lines and get any proof of details that you need as evidence whenever you go in store. Make sure you read the fine print yourself and be assertive when you're in the store.And just remember, the reviews here should be reflecting the store and not Fido as a company. These are authorized representatives/retailers and can only do what Fido tells them to. Otherwise, this store, their management, and people are great.

I’m a Fido customer from past few years and I went to this store on Boxing Day to upgrade my plan and to add one more line. I went there 25 minutes before closing time and the staff member was not happy to see me. Her facial expressions made it very clear that she doesn’t want to help me. She was very rude and didn’t even tried to help. She didn’t explain me the plans and when I asked her few questions she said it doesn’t work that way and I can call customer care and they can help me with the plans I’m looking for.She was answering personal calls and was reserving stock for her friend but didn’t help the customer who was present in the store.. amazing!!!!!!!My mood was spoiled and I don’t want to go back to that store.

Great service from Sandeep Virdi. He took the time to help my wife, mother and me all upgrade our phones and plans and was attentive and helped us through all the details. He was patient and answered all our questions helpfully, and he was also honest and transparent with what we were working with. Went the extra mile to help us change from our outdated plans.Awesome job!

i will recommend never ever buy phones with fido because i purchased phone online with fido and they did not provide me any orignal receipt for device . now i lost my phone and the insurance company likewize asking for orignal receipt and nobody is helping me for that i am pregent women and everyday both fido and likewize giving me too much stress so i will recommend buy phone with bell or other company but not will fido both are lying to u

WOW. HARMAN. I just found out that he added 1000 International call for $3/mon on my plan without asking. I didn’t even ask about it at all. And he doesn’t reply to my messages ?? That’s ridiculous. Scam. Fraud. Please do not deal with HARMAN.
