Not a retail store. We were told that to get a new granite or quartz countertop for our bathroom it would be 2+ months. When we said that was fine we were then told they had no grey or white stone in stock or any ability to get more. Don't waste your time if you only want a small job.

We required a very large kitchen countertop for a home reno. My wife and I do all our own work. Five pieces were required to complete the full countertop - three to be joined for the L shaped corner and undermount sink. The house was close to 25 years old and had some squaring and alignment issues at the walls and floors. Sachiko and the installers were unbelievably helpful and we were amazed at how tight, level and seamless looking the final product was. A join had to be done at the sink due to mass and weight. Every option was discussed before hand and agreed to by all parties before any phase of the process moved forward. I shopped the whole of south Vancouver Island and Tyndal was the second lowest price. Granite is granite. A fancy and expensive office does not make the final product look any better in your home. I would have gone with the company that offered the least expensive price, but I could not find any positive" reviews or feedback regarding the fit and finish of the final product. My wife and I consider ourselves quite experienced (we build all of our own cabinets of solid wood - planers and fully set up shop etc.) and we both agreed that this was a very large (over 350 square feet) and difficult job and it was done flawlessly. Kudo's required. One year later and I am going to order the master bath countertop."

Sachiko and her team helped us with our design and our choices, and of course complete installation. I would have been lost without her help - design is not my forté! We are very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom.

Brian and Warren were amazing installing the cabinets and granite. I would highly recommend them, especially when the cabinets are made in Canada!

Tyndal Distributors is a great one stop shop for countertops, flooring and cabinets. The showroom is very well organized, clean and the owners are warm and friendly people. I’ve always had a great experience dealing with them and definitely recommend them to my friends!
