Ever New Square One

Came in for the first time, and most likely for the last; as this particular store’s associates can’t be bothered to assist or even give a simple greeting. No wonder no one enters this store.

Ever New’s clothes are of great quality at reasonable prices. Love my pieces! However, I am giving a 3 star rating as the Manager at the Square One location is very unpleasant. The worst customer service I have experienced. I would prefer to purchase my clothes online or at another location moving forward. Reading the other reviews as well, it seems this is a common issue at this location.

The styles are fashionable and the staff are friendly and approachable. The prices are reasonable for nice work-wear, or even a more formal dress. It's a chic little shop! I'm excited to see what styles this Australia-based store will bring to Square One!

I love Ever New styles; The dresses are fashionable and the coats and jackets do match my style. I mostly shop through their online website, but my problem with their on sale" products is that they are on final sale and unless their have defect

As per previous review. The store Manager My god I was appalled. Her demeanour was passive aggressive and rude. I had an item that was damaged, purchased online. I phoned because the online customer service said make sure you ask about if they have dates when you can do return. The associate states that they don’t take final products. Even if it’s damaged purchased online. I went online and read their policy. Called back the manager and refused to take it. I read to her the policy word per word. A Store Manager who doesn’t know their own policy lacks the knowledge and skill set to run a store. Just per advise to who overseas this location. In the end after reading her their own policy, she says ok fine as a one time you can return it. Ok sure as a one time. (Not because it’s your policy). I emailed customer service to inform them and I was informed that yes I can return it if it’s a damaged online purchase.Went to the store. She was at the cash register. I had to reexplain again and had to give show her the email that it’s within their policy. Still being rude.She then had the audacity… LOL actually, thinking back I was so angry. I was shaking. You should not get your customers to get to that level. She was very rude. Christine I think is this store managers name. I returned my product August 6, 2022. So whoever was a store manager around this time. She goes. You know just some customers purposely damage the item and try to return it. LOL I’m sorry how old are you!!?? Maybe you do, but that was definitely NOT what happened. I received a damaged item and I refuse to pay additional cost to fix it!Making passive aggressive comments was uncalled for and unnecessary. Get some class and better yet another job because you’re clearly not happy and just miserable.

Love love love this store! The lovely ladies that work here are fantastic. Every time I’ve been there I’ve felt welcomed and valued as a customer. Their clothes are beautiful for office work, nice events and day to day casual! I have never been so happy with the quality and price of any other store. I feel like I’m paying fast fashion prices for a really good quality product.

Worst customer service, very rude staff.I took one dress for my wife as stuff here is very good, but staff provides very bad customer service if there were any infinite negative rating that would be the one I giving.But clothing is 5/5.Hope they improve.

One the worst shop to buy any stuff. They are not clarifying return policies properly and when you go to return the items they’ll show dumb excuses and bla bla. Never ever buy from this place.

BEWARE of the STORE MANAGER! She does not have appropriate skills to effectively resolve issues and threatens to call mall security on loyal customers for issues that are not issues for mall security to resolve. Then after completing your transaction, with a rude demeanor, will vibrantly wish you a good day. This is called passive aggressive behaviour, it's rude, it's immature, and it's ashame that I am reviewing this store manager as opposed to the clothing it sells. However, my interaction today with this store manager was nothing but horrendous and is currently and will be dealt with by the head office and depending on their response I will proceed further if needed.

Worst customer service ever! Why you should buy something from this store when you would find this brand at The Bay! They have a good collection of Ever New and it is more important for the Bay to see the client’s satisfaction! This store does everything that you cannot return your purchase for a refund! They are just looking for an excuse!
