Great spot to buy work gear.

One of the only places in gander for a man to buy clothes. The quality of the clothes is pretty decent. Ive had casual and work clothes that have had a long life. The work clothes are excellent. Carhartt, helly hanson, the marks store brands dakota and windriver all good stuff at differing pricepoints. Had no problem with a return on a jacket 2 days ago. No problem to recommend marks to anyone looking for a quality product

My mother gifted me a pair of winter boots for Christmas that were a size too small. She tried to exchange them at our local store however they did not have any of the correct size on hand. The store clerk located 5 or 6 across the province, 1 or 2 on the island and the rest in Labrador. They would not ship them out and informed my mother she would have to make her own arrangements to have the boots bought and picked up. So she got her refund and now it is on us to find more boots. (To be clear mom said the store clerk was great, but it seems that their business isn't! ) All I wanted was a larger size but they would rather give the customer a refund and be out the money. I gave you a one star marks but you deserve a negative 10. Horrible customer service from another big corporation. It's better to shop local and buy small! I have never written a bad review in my life so thanks for being my first.-Regretfully,Bootless in Central
