Arrowsmith Heating

Called this man in May for a quote on a heating system in my strata unit. He came a looked at what was required. He was going on vacation, I was told he would have all the information and costs for me in first week of July.Finally after hearing nothing, I called him back in 3rd week of July. Turns out he was too busy" to call me. He then came again to look. Turns out he didn't even write anything down the first time and "forgot" what was what needed.I was told He would call me in a couple of days with all the info and costs. That was over a week ago. Still haven't got a call back. All I've accomplished is wasting 2 months on this person and been totally ignored.Don't waste your time. If he can't even be bothered to do what he says he's going to do about making a simple phone call

Very conscientious and helpful. Came back repeatedly to try to fix our failing electric furnace, even staying until late one evening.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends.
