I have now called BokerLink on 3 separate occasions to get insurance. I have tried so many times because my business partner referred me and he was happy with his experience a few years ago.First call: I spoke with Jacqueline. she provided me with a few quotes for commercial insurance. When I responded to the email with some questions I never heard back. I emailed her 3 months later and never heard back. Then 4 months after that email she responded. I replied and that was the last I heard from her.Second Call: I spoke with Brittney. I was looking for commercial insurance form my truck, and private insurance for my motorcycle and ATV. Since Brittney didn't do commercial insurance she sent that information to a college, and took the private ones herself. I heard from her colleague, Sue, who sorted me out in 1 afternoon. Sue was great to work with, i have no complaints with her. I never heard from Brittney again.Third Call: I spoke to James. He took all the information for the motorcycle insurance. He was great to talk to on the phone, but seems to have issues when it comes to emailing the quote to me. I have heard nothing since that phone call over a month ago.I really don't know how you guys stay open with these kinds of business practices. All I can imagine is that the everyday client and small business owner isn't as important to you as whatever large contracts you may get, and you just let us fall by the wayside.

I tried phoning the Antares Drive office five times today and each time I reached a broker my call was cut off or disconnected. There was no attempt by the brokers to call back. Your loss, I will shop my home, auto and cottage policies to an office with customer service

A month my car was sold, and I canceled its insurance, and I have evidence of that, and they did not return the amount, and they do not even care about your problem. If you have any problem with the car, beware of them.

They tell u one thing then tell the insurance holder something else so they can cancel you after you pay for the year because the info is wrong and refuse to refund you. Bunch of scammers

Preferred when our Broker, John Shea Insurance, was independent. You're just a distant voice on the phone now, with perfunctory, impersonal customer service.

Very polite and knowledgeable people. Extremely helpful and dedicated to their work and helping find the best resolution.

Wanted to get a landlord’s insurance. Left 3 messages for Lezlie, never heard back. I even asked if she’s working and they say yes. Asked to talk to someone else instead, they refused; still wondering why.Very unprofessional, will never go back to them and do not recommend to anyone to use their services.
