First and foremost, Kelvin was responsive, on time, very kind and professional. He took the extra time to answer questions and explain everything to us making us totally comfortable.Kelvin repaired a potentially dangerous issue with our newer kitchen range. Turns out the installer did a negligent job and didn't properly convert it from natural gas to LP as he was supposed to. This caused several issues to include soot buildup throughout the house and more importantly excess carbon monoxide concerns in the home and our exposure to it.We feel much better now knowing he took care of it. A professional job throughout the process. From initial call to job complete was less than a day. We can't recommend him highly enough.Thank you.

Whirlpool set me up with an appointment for my washer to accommodate our chaotic schedule. The guy I spoke very unprofessional and unfriendly. He stated they were “not driving from Jericho to Fairfax. When I asked further as to why he became very condescending. Customer service should be more important than 25 minute drive. I have plenty of family and friends in Jericho. I’ll make sure to pass this along to them. Also his website says he services Fairfax and is professional. Clearly not the case on both.Update: called and apologized. I respect anyone who can do that. Thank you

I can’t say enough about Kelvin and A+ appliance. I left a message for Kelvin regarding my refrigerator which was not at temperature. Kelvin called back that evening and was at our home the next day. He replaced the fan in our6 year old GE Profile refrigerator and it is now back to 100%. He is responsive, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done at a reasonable price. Thank you Kelvin!
