Intelcom definitely has the best courier experience out there, IMO. They were the first to send photos of deliveries, they clearly communicate when they will be there and after they have made the delivery 9with a photo of the item and the address), and even include the name of the driver. Superb service.

Worst customer service. Ordered a package and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Driver called and didn't even say who he was. I asked repeatedly and he hung up on me. Filed a complaint, was told I would get my package by 9. Nobody came. Was told it would be here this morning. Still nothing. Said maybe tomorrow. They actually expect me to wait around from 8AM to 9PM for something that may or may not come. Couldn't even talk to a supervisor. Never again will I use this service.

Constantly late with deliveries! Once again, another delivery for an Amazon order, NOT delivered on time as per Amazons written delivery guarantee date. It’s not Amazons fault, it’s just a terrible delivery courier. And when you post a bad review, they just ask you to contact them and offer to correct the issue… but the issue is their terrible service! Just deliver the items on time. Problem solved!

I had stopped ordering from Amazon during the pandemic in 2020 an 2021 due to poor delivery service, it is now 2023 and this company just delivered my package to the wrong address. I have ordered 1000s of parcels to this address and ONLY Intelcom has made this mistake. None of their competitors like Canada Post, Purolator, or Fedex have ever delivered my package to the wrong address.

The delivery woman didn't want my liquid items to freeze so she rang my doorbell and waited outside in -35 degree weather until I answered the door. I appreciated that very much!

Packages repeatedly delivered to incorrect address and we then have to drive around the neighbourhood trying to find our package by searching for a deck or driveway from the photo. A local contact number would be nice so maybe the issue could be resolved but nope only give out a one central phone number where nothing gets resolved so you don’t actually have to listen to your customers or fix the problems. Very frustrating.

Would be not correct to call it a bad service... It is total absence of service!My return pick up was scheduled a week ago, and every time I call them (by the way it is 40 minutes wait on the line at least every single time) they say it is scheduled for tomorrow, but nobody still shows up.If I could put 0 stars I would!
