I HIGHLY recommend you buy your used vehicles from DiDi Auto Group and here is why:My wife and I first contacted Jason (sales) & Maria (manager) regarding a 2017 Ford Escape we found online. Immediately I was impressed with how courteous and helpful they were; Maria made sure that there was no pressure during the sales process and really took her time with us.The Escape was in great shape but Jason did bring to my attention some areas needed repair and assured me that they would have those repairs done as part of the deal. One of the issues was that the backup camera no longer functioned properly. It seemed like a simple fix; however, after their own mechanics looked at it they found the problem to be much more complicated and costly than anticipated.Most used car dealerships would have tried to find a work around, alter or back out of the deal. Instead, DiDi Auto Group called the Ford Service department immediately to have the issue fixed.I know this repair significantly cut into DiDi's expenses on the deal but they honoured their commitment to me; they paid the cost to have it fixed properly. This really blew me away!On top of this, they also replaced a battery and replaced the rear seatbelt buckle with the OEM part. Lastly, they gave me top trade-in value on my 2008 Cadillac CTS which really helped my affordability.I believe they are a successful dealership because they operate with honesty, transparency, integrity and they don't pressure customersThis is probably THE best experience you will find in Victoria.

I originally had my heart set on getting a hatchback, but when I went to Didi Auto Group to test drive a couple of them, Sam mentioned that a sedan had just come in that I might want to consider. It hadn't even yet been photographed for the website listing, it was that new. It was in my price range, so he wasn't trying to up-sell me in terms of cost, but he thought it might be a good fit and explained why. He was right, and that was actually the car that I ended up buying.What gave me great peace of mind was that the safety inspection was done by Charged Auto Repair, the same garage that had worked on my old car. Moreover, Didi Auto Group had them to fix all the issues identified.The dealership was very busy, so there was small delay in getting my new car but it was absolutely worth the wait. Sam, Dee, Cole, and Eve went that extra mile to answer all my questions and to accommodate me. They removed the giant subwoofer that took up half the trunk, replaced the battery in the second key fob, detailed the car, and offered to deliver the spare set of tires to my home. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured, everyone was very helpful and patient.I hope that it'll be many years before I need to go car-shopping again, but I will certainly go to Didi Auto Group when that day comes - many thanks for all your help, it's much appreciated!!

I got my vehicle by the end of November, and I wanted to give it sometime before I wrote a review. I purchased a 2010 Lexus Hybrid, for a fairly good deal! Everyone at the firm were quite easy going, and very easy to talk to. Sam was the one who helped me and my family out, and he did a great job informing us, and telling us know all of the previous histories of the car.It's been about 3 months, and the car has been a charm. Super easy to drive, and hasn't caused me any trouble. It also saves me quite a bit on gas!Thank you guys for making buying my car an effortless experience ^-^
