Chris was super duper helpful with helping me pick the right pair of Blundstones. Helped me with picking the right style and fit and explained the differences between the types. He also gave me advice on how to care for the boots (and let me know there's free cleaning in-store for them!) 5/5 stars.If you're getting a pair, honestly just come here for great selection and knowledgeable service.

Bought my first pair of Blundstones and they're the most comfortable boots I've ever put on! I was really impressed. Not only that, but two friends who are long time fans came in wearing theirs, and got them cleaned for free. They're wearing almost 10 year old boots that look basically brand new save some tread wear.Definitely worth the money, great value boots that are going to last me a long time.

On a rainy Sunday morning I walked into the store with half of the mud from the dog park at Trinity Bellwoods on the soles of my BlundStones and was greeted by friendly, helpful staff Chris and Grace who not only cleaned my shoes to ascertain their age and counsel me on how best to take care of my shoes but also looked into the possibility of having repairs made to them. It is so refreshing to have sales people who know their product so thoroughly. Regardless of whether my present pair can be repaired or not, I will be returning next week to buy my next pair of BlundStones. Many thanks again to Chris and Grace!

I had gone into this store to test out if Blundstones were for me. Chris had helped me out and gave me his honest opinion and suggested me the best shoe for my work. I returned a month later (to save up for cash lol) and Grace was there to help me out, give me specific details, and suggest what sock and insole to wear. She was fantastic! Everyone here really knows their product information and they’re so kind and helpful. 100% will be coming back for my next shoe and shoe cleaning. Shout out to Brian!

Went to the store today and had a wonderful experience. Best customer service ever! Joshua helped my husband with our exchange and the whole process was seamless. Amazing customer service at this store and all their employees take the time to explain how to care for the boots and what treatment works best. I will only buy my boots from this location. I bought my first pair of boots from here recently and the staff were all patient, well informed/knowledgeable. They genuinely took the time to make sure that I knew what I was getting and what I was buying them for. They also mentioned tips on care and at no point we’re pressuring me to purchase.Highly recommended.

Amazing experience buying my first pair of Blundstones yesterday! Both the managers present were very knowledgeable and friendly!! They take great care of you and were very genuine people! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the market for a new pair or to get an existing repair checked in for a free cleaning and upkeep!

I had picked up an Australian Boot guide elsewhere, which gave me a chance to figure out exactly what I wanted. As the store had what I wanted, and in my size, I was able to visit and buy my boots within 15 minutes!Staff agrees that some of the baby boots' colours would be great in adult size boots. I'd like a pair of the funky baby burgundy ones in my size.

Have been on the fence about blundstones for a while but Catherine was so patient with me while I debated and tried on several pairs of shoes. She was thoughtful in her explanation of fit, style etc. the rest of the staff working were friendly and welcoming too. I left with a pair thanks to the reassurance from the team :)The store is clean and they have a good selection!

Oh, this shoe store met all of my needs! After having purchased Blunstone shoes twice online and not having them fit, I took a chance while visiting Toronto on this shoe store in the hopes I could find the Blunstone boots I wanted for my partner. They came to the rescue! The staff was super helpful and very patient, they felt great. I actually walked out of the store with them on ha ha I would highly recommend this place. It was also interesting that there were so many other people in there shopping – tells me it’s a good place to buy shoes. I’m a very satisfied customer.
