And Lyle went over and above what most businesses do...to fix an issue.I understand things happen but it's not about that... It's about how issues are resolved. I ordered online from Edmonton for delivery to someone in Saskatoon the week of a bad snowstorm there. The Flowerman (Lyle) went out of his way to find the flowers I wanted, communicating with me several times by email until we had a satisfactory order. Then he personally delivered the arrangement and chatted with the recipient about the details of the situation. The flowers and personal touch were both lovely and much appreciated by recipient and sender!

It's easy to order and I was trust you guys will pick the best flowers for customers, but the quality is really bad. I understand the difference between the picture and the real thing, but it's so different that I don't think it's worth $188. Especially on such a day as today, because my dad told me to order flowers for my mom. Would you be happy to receive such flowers?

Easy to place order online but hell of a time trying to get ahold of anyone over the phone.Ordered the florist’s choice for romance (premium).Flowers are gorgeous but just expected a little more oomph for $99 + delivery and taxes.I wish I could rate 5 stars but just a little pricey.Maybe my expectations were too high but this seems to be a more basic arrangement.All the best.In reply, totally makes sense, a lot has has gone up in price.And yes, a voicemail was left.

Ordered the florist choice and was really impressed how they put it together and even sent me a photo to see how it looked like. They sent me confirmation that it was received, same day delivery, very professional plus the price is reasonable. Will definitely order from them again!
