Rolling Meadows Public School

I went here from kindergarten to grade 8, lived behind the school so it was a very short walk to school. Was alright, think I liked it at the time. Good teachers

Like the school, but the only problem is that the meadows there are never rolling. For some reason, they only stay still! Another problem is that we never got taught about meadows. I always wanted to know the mysteries of why meadows never roll. But a good thing is that due to the lack of rolling in the meadows, I can now laugh at the meadows for not being able to roll. If you go to this school, please, make me happy and laugh at the meadows for me. Thanks!

Great school

I was at this school for 2 years, 7-8. Grade 7 I was heavily bullied and I had talked to the school about it. They did absolutely nothing until I started to stand up for myself and it got physical a few times. Then the principle heather finkbeiner (might have spelt it wrong) suspended me. Never took the chance to listen to me and understand my problems. A few times my mother was called and Mrs.finkbeiner would butter her up and compliment her on her appearance to reduce anger. It never worked. My mother saw through her fake smile and fake tan. And Mrs.Maureen hale was a terrible grade 8 teacher. Was very rude to me and never took the time to properly teach and help me. And the gym teacher Mrs.Sandra lumsden, grade 7 we had to do laps around the school. After my first lap I felt my lungs get heavy (i have asthma) so I asked to get some water and she told me to finish my 10 laps around the school and then I could get water. If I had listened to her I could have passed out. This is a TERRIBLE school.

I find the staff very nice and approachable and my kids feel welcome and engaged. The curriculum is another story altogether not something the school controls. The school itself is great. The principal is doing a stellar job.

one of the worst schools

terrible school. Very poorly managed, teachers keep changing a lot. Teachers give break most of the time, doesnt engage with the class, no science, maths, experiments, very few field trips except French teacher, the class is mess
