I recently had a small problem with the shipping of my item.It was of no fault to Kartworks as the post office made the error. The lady from Kartworks was extremely helpful in calling Canada Post and finding out what to do. I have received the time and was shipped as advertised. I have used Kartworks several times and every time the product is of great quality and service is amazing. Thanks to the owners.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Parts ordered Dec 1, no sign off them as of Dec 28. Tracking number does not show they were ever received by UPS. Owner first said he would reship them, or refund. Then decided it was my problem.and I should chase UPS around to find the parts I paid him for. Had to file a PayPal dispute in order to try and receive a refund. Not sure I'll ever see that money at this point.I ended up order parts through ARC racing south of the border and had them delivered within 5 days. If you need parts or any level of service I'd avoid Kartworks.
