Canada Pooch

My 90 lbs Bernedoodle loves the snow but sadly his paws can't handle being wet and often collect snow balls that get stuck. The Canada pooch boots are AMAZING! They stay on despite him being very boisterous in his play, and his paws are nice and warm and clean! These are amazing for rainy and snowy days , and I'm not worried about them coming off as they are secure and their packaging is also great. He also doesn't make a fuss about wearing them so they must be comfortable. Money well spent!

Great product, but considering this is a Canadian brand the return/exchange policy is terrible. How are pet owners expected to know what works for their pets if they aren’t able to even try out the product? Purchased a rain jacket for my dog, again great product but I put it on at home and it looked good until we went on a walk and I saw that in fact the jacket was slightly too big for him and I had already taken the tags off. Of course customer service told me because the tags aren’t on they can’t exchange it, I just wanted a smaller size…… but how can you honestly expect pet owners to be able to see what’s actually sustainable until they try it and their pet runs, walks for long distances etc? It’s very disappointing, I won’t be giving my business to them anymore nor will I recommend to anyone I know.

I've bought several items from Canada Pooch (harness, fanny pack, wellies, rain coat, cooling bandana, cooling vest) and have always found their shipping super quick.The only time I've ever had to deal with their customer service was recently because the cooling vest was a size too small for Blue, my dog. I was worried it was going to be a bad experience because of the reviews I read, and when I first booked a call back from them, they didn't call, so I was really worried. However, I booked a second call, and they called me back. Adrian was wonderful, we reviewed sizing for my dog, and he set up the exchange without issue.I just received the exchange, and I sent back the too-small vest, and the new one fits my girl perfectly! She looks amazing in it, don't you think? My dog is 12 years old this summer and she's feeling the heat more, so I'm looking forward to her having more comfortable walks in her golden years. Very satisfied customer.

Considering that this is a great Canadian brand, I am highly disappointed in their customer service. I received a gift which the gifter reluctantly told me that they ordered awhile ago for their own puppy but didn’t fit her so she regifted it to me. I only discovered this after asking her for the order details so that I could exchange it as it also doesn’t fit my puppy.After emailing customer service for a size exchange, the customer service rep said that she couldn’t help me. Even though I assured her that the item is brand new, never used and still in it’s original packaging with hanger and tags still attached. So now I’m stuck with an item that I can’t use. It’s such a waste when all I wanted was a size exchange of the same product which is still being sold on their website.Unfortunately there are no physical store locations to walk into as small pet boutiques don’t always have these items in stock. I definitely won’t be shopping here.

Very disappointed with this company. I ordered boots for my pup and she wont wear them and they are too big. They will not let me send them back as the tags are not on. Never been worn outside. Terrible policy. Wont buy form them again..Just reading all the reviews. Looks like i am not the only one that is disappointed with this Canadian Company

Awful product and customer service. I tried leaving a review of my experience with one of Canada Pooch’s products (pictured) as it began falling apart on the first day I gave it to my three month old puppy. The pictures are from the third day of minor chewing and playing yet their website claims it was designed to keep your dog cool and help soothe teething.It seems they deleted my review almost instantly and have not posted my resubmitted review. Instead of trying to hide feedback from customers, maybe try making better quality products, especially considering the prices of them compared to other brands…

Good quality products, but terrible customer service.I purchased several jackets as well as a pair of boots, but when they arrived, everything was too big. I was able to exchange the jackets for a smaller size, but the boots were not available in my dogs size. When I tried to refund them, it said I was not eligible for a credit card refund even though I was within the refund time limit. I e-mailed customer service to find out why I was not eligible and never heard back.

I bought a Canada Pooch cooling vest at my local pet store. My dog is 7lbs and when wet, the vest was too heavy for her to walk. I could tell it was dangerous because her back was buckling under the weight of the vest.I reached out to customer service to let them know that their vest could hurt small dogs and see if they would exchange it for one that would work for a dog her size.The Canada Pooch representative was not concerned about the hazard this posed to small dogs and refused to refund or exchange the item - even though it was their product - because I didn’t purchase it on their site.I would never support a company that cares more about their profit than an animal’s well-being.

Poor return policy!!!!. I bought 2 pairs of boots in November for Christmas presents to get my shopping done early. One pair fit fine, the other did not fit. I emailed to inquire about returning 1 pair of boots, and they said the 15 days had passed and they would not return them. Wait to the last minute if you are buying these for a gift or you will be stuck with them. They did not even offer a store credit. Poor customer service. Buyer beware.

I have had great experiences with Canada Pooch. The products I have purchased have been great quality and they have shipped quickly. My most recent purchase - the complete control harness - fits my beagle perfectly and really does what it promises to do (stop the pulling!). Would highly recommend this company!!
