Salmon River Motel
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here, would definitely come back. The room was super clean and came with a large bar fridge. The property outside was well maintained. We were served a nice breakfast the following day by the friendly owner.

Amazing motel!!! Big clean rooms, comfy beds, and clean washroom. BBQ and firepit outside. Nice trails and river. There are also boats and an beautiful sauna. The motel is in a quiet location an 20 minutes away from Sandbanks beach. Definitely going to visit again.

Salmon River Motel
The Salmon River is a great place to stay for you, your friends, and family. The rooms are newly renovated and well thought out, as well as options for double beds or singles are available. A beautiful river you can swim and fish in is on the property, and upon request, there are kayaks available for rent and, even a wood burn sauna!! Just a half hour away from the gorgeous Prince Edward County with sand dunes beaches, a lake on the mountain, art galleries, and countless wineries. The owner of the motel was very helpful and welcoming, above and beyond great service. Highly recommend !!

A good spot if you know about a few things. When you get there and see the not so great look, you may wonder if you made a mistake. The entrance and very front would benefit from a makeover. More trees in the very front and new asphalt for example. Then we saw the room and noticed it is tinier than pretty much all Motel rooms we've been in... Then we noticed the good. All is so clean and new inside! Even if tiny, the rooms are actually perfect and the owner Gala is great. All in all, a good motel.

Salmon River Motel
It was our second time staying in this great place with kids. We enjoyed it a lot again and will definitely be back! The rooms are newly renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. Gala is an amazing hostess, (thank you for your hospitality, Gala, and for nice chats and advice on activities during our stay). We paddled on our boards on Salmon river, hiked in the forest, enjoyed evening fireplace with barbecue and Sauna (this was the best experience!) and also visited the local town for a walk and lunch. We had a great family time here and recommend other families to stop by.

Salmon River Motel
Very fresh and clean room and it smelled amazing, like cedar. This is a 'no bells and whistles' kinda spot with great customer service and a quiet country style atmosphere. My elderly father stayed here and the owner offered any assistance my dad might have needed while he was there. I would definitely recommend staying here....two thumbs up!

Fantastic place for a nature and Sauna gateway! We enjoyed forest trails, Salmon River and Sauna.Very clean and well managed facilities.We enjoyed ourselves in barrel sauna that is setup with gold water bucket, and nice patio overlooking the woods to relax. Certainly, will be back!!!

Great room not far from town very quiet and very clean, great owner very friendly lots to do if your an nature lover great trail’s awesome sauna; recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with romantic vibes!

Salmon River Motel
Very clean and well managed motel. Hostess really available and helpful when needed. Shared cuisine available. No AC but being close to a forest brings naturel coolness during the night, no discomfort felt. Recommended for the price
