Appreciate your selection & customer service! Although loyal consumers like myself can order products on line, nothing compares to Brick & Mortar (in store) shopping. Retailers do their best - especially during COVID so Be Kind Be Calm Be Safe people!

Buyer Beware! The return policy is exchange only within 7 days only. This information is not shared with customers at the time of purchase. There is fine print on the receipt. Very disappointing and unreasonable for a Canadian retailer, especially at Christmas, and considering these same items are available at other retailers with decent return policies.

I prefer to shop local so after searching online for some Waterford Crystal sets we were happy to find this shop. I called in advance to check what they had in physical stock and when I had some more specific questions, I was passed to the owner Rudy. He was great and very helpful. We went to pick up the items and he was there to assist and answer all of our questions. Rudy is very knowledgeable and we felt much better investing in this crystal after learning more about it and the differences between the various types. I can see why he's been in business there for nearly 40 years!

Staff are always very helpful and the items in the store are wide-ranging, unique, interesting and lovely. You'll find gift items you won't find anywhere else. Great place to browse!

Herzog Park Royal has “the worst customer service”.I purchased a pan with the original price $220 and I bought it $110 on sale ! After only two time uses, I noticed scratches on the pan ! Owner ( Rudy)is very Rude and he totally ignored it and told me I can not see the scratch at all even with magnifier Even with magnifier .. he was talking to me with very loud and rude voice in front of my baby .. he was consistently saying that I run this business for 40 years and no one complain about it !! He totally ignore my concern and at the end give me store credit ! I’ve never seen this kind of customer service in Canada and very very disappointed !
