Mark is a great fishing guide who knows all the good spots for all the different types of fish on the saint Lawrence River. He's very informative, patient, and takes time to teach you how to cast correctly. We will definitely be back again.

I take pride in making sure that everyone booking a fishing trip with me, has a great time! Although I can't control the weather, I do frequently have to work through difficult conditions and sometimes relocate or cancel the day completely. Safety always comes first! What I haven't done however is have a fishless day! With all the different species to fish for as a Multi Species" fishing guide

We had such an amazing time ice fishing with Mark in January! Mark is super knowledgable on all types of fishing and explains everything thoroughly. He always made sure everyone in our party was having a great time. Will be booking a fishing trip for this summer.

been fishing with Mr Currie for over 12 yrs now. Been in the rain,in the snow,in the BIG winds and BIG waves,in flat calm and every way in between. We always caught fish.Some days more than others and some days more than everyone else. Always with an expanding repertoire is what keeps me in his boat

I fished all over the world and for that reason I can appreciate a guide who loves what he does. You can tell Mike loves his job and is extremely knowledgeable about the local waters. We experienced some choppy weather the day we were out but that didn’t stop Mike on putting us on a good bite. We had a blast! If your looking for fishing in Montreal, this is the charter you want to book with!! There’s definitely a next time for me.

Been fishing with Mark for the last few years and he is always professional, educational and great company. Even on days with bad fishing conditions conditions Mark will find the fish and try different techniques to keep his clients with tight lines. He also has experience with multiple species so don't let the name fool you. Highly recommend getting out for a day or more with Advanced Bassin' Plus.

When I started getting more serious about fishing, I booked Mark for a guided trip to learn as much as possible on my new passion. Not only was the day memorable, but his techniques helped me win some bass tournaments a few years later.Hands down the best fishing guide in the Montreal area and probably the best fisherman in Quebec.
