First discovered at the Esquimalt Farmer's Market. Kind and wonderful salesperson, and exceptional cocktail mixers. My favourite is The Cardamom & Cirtus Tonic!

Love thier mixes! I tried some from a friend and had to pick some up. They are in some stores, but I was in the area and decided to get it from the source. They just moved here and there's not much signage yet, and they plan to have some more signage, but they are just in the back area of a little gated parking area. Lovely folks that run Rootside too! Thank you very much!

Rootside Bitters & Mixers
I was fortunate enough to try their products at Circle Craft market a few years ago (when they only had the ginger beer, and a couple of tonics). These mixes are incredible and make fantastic gifts as well! I love how little room they take (vs buying cans/ bottles of ginger beer and tonics), and you can customize how light/sweet you want it.
