I've had a storage locker at this location for years now and anytime I have to go in or change the size of my locker, Andrea is amazing! I absolutely recommend this place if you have anything to store that won't fit in your house or shed. Very accommodating and helpful! Thanks Andrea :)

Best priced drive up storage unit in Abbotsford. The people who work at the front desk have a lot of personality and if you treat them good they are great people.

Rolled in to look at a space for 3+ weeks down the road and the lady who works at the counter said she would hold it for me then promptly after walking out the door charged my card for the full months rent plus extra charges without even telling me she was going to do it. She also seemed flustered, confused and disoriented the entire time. I was ripped off and now have to go find somewhere else to move all my stuff. Not impressed with super self storage and especially her and how she dealt with this.

They'll store your stuff and keep it dry, and it's a great place if you're on a tight budget. The smallest units I've ever heard of, which was exactly what I needed!Wish the hours were later, glad they're open 7 days a week though!

This place was awesome!! Thank you Super Self Storage for everything. I live in Abbotsford here and long story short I had 3 days to move and it's a Sunday night. Not only was this place open already and took a cash deposit when Absolutely no one else would. the wonderful lady at the front desk bless her heart, took 45 mins (After Her Shift Was Over) to help us rent a unit on short notice. Best Prices I could find in town, 24 hour access to your stuff and just really nice people with a good business! Thank you guys from locker 3*6 !!

I visited with a client of mine whom is in a difficult place in her life. She had to pay her storage fee and as soon as we talked to a lady named Andrea, she gave us both negative attitude and literally argued with my client when my client asked about her belongings. So rude she threw her own phone on the desk and rolling her eyes. I have never in my life seen anyone treat people like this Especially in customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place! she threw out a persons belongings not even getting permission. Very ignorant and judgmental lady. She didn't even know the lady or myself and acted like we were enemies. I myself never give reviews, but this was worth the time to write a review.

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this storage facility! I needed somewhere to store my things on a Stat holiday. These guys were the only place I could find that were open for business. And I couldn't be happier. The service was top notch, quick, and superior to the many I have dealt with in the past. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. It took them mere seconds to hook me up so my bill is auto paid and now I don't need to worry about being late, or having to show up to pay my bill monthly. Their prices are better than most, and they have the cutest 1/2 sized small units with which you can declutter your space. Bravo to you guys, Simpson storage! (Super Self-Storage) Wish I was better at remembering names, but to both the ladies I have dealt with, Thank You so very much! Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
