Always late…on phone, in person and virtual meeting. If you feel like waiting past your appointment time this place is perfect for you. Never fails at making you wait. Clearly not mindful of people’s time.

Horrible staff. Phone lines never attended. Always go to voicemail. Emails never answered. Everyday greetings say they are closed even though clinic is open. Unreliable staff.

Hands down the worst clinic ever. They make telephone appointments, then they don’t even call you. I have sat around for hours waiting for them to call during the appointment time they gave me. They also NEVER EVER answer the phone. What a joke of a clinic. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Dr. Qureshy and his team are wonderful. I have never had an issue receiving a call back when I have left a message. They have always responded within the same day! I really appreciate the thoroughness of the staff. I am happy with my treatment and education provided and I hope to be a long time patient.

The doctor is not bad but very unpunctual. When your appointment is at 2 you will see him at 3. Because he needs to see the patient from 1 oclock

Incompetent and unprofessional office. I was referred by my family doctor and had to request another specialist. They NEVER pick up their phones and make you sign up for a secure online portal that they do not respond to either, making them impossible to get a hold of. They only do video call appointments, no in person visits. They do not send requisitions on your behalf- you have to do it yourself. I was told by the staff that I can go anywhere to have my special tests done which was incorrect. After calling 6 exam clinics who all said they did not perform those tests, I gave up.My symptoms were also left untreated which resulted in a trip to the ER.If you need to see an endocrinologist, please ask to be referred Dr Rambaldini instead!
