I initially had 3 consultations for my daughter, all at different offices to get a few opinions. After the consult with RiteBite, Dr. Luis Piedade was extremely knowledgeable in providing more detail to throughly explain my concerns/questions before I walked out the door. Every appointment was a warm welcoming from the girls at both front and back, Super lovely and informative. Before we leave they revise everything with me and ask me to come to the back, while my daughter is in the chair, to show me what’s going on. I loved that they kept me in the loop as it helped me stay on top of her. They’re very accommodating and have wonderful phone etiquette. The team works very efficiently together, we never had to wait for our appointment, they were ALWAYS on time. My daughter always raves about RiteBite to her friends, who have already started treatment with you, as will I!(and when we came to her next appointment, they told us she received $100 credit on file for each referral!!! They gave some options it could be used towards which is so cool, we’ve never had that before, so make sure to inquire if you did happen to refer someone!) Excellent Service from the minute I contacted the office. I was greeted over the telephone from a very professional receptionist named Carly, she assisted me with mine and my sons schedule for a consultation. The appointment went well we were introduced to Lilly met with her and she explained all of the steps and the process if we were to move forward. Lily was very knowledgeable took the time to explain all of the x rays than had Dr. Singh come in and go over all the details. Only because of the 2 girls are what made my son feel so comfortable we agreed to make our decision very quick. My son will not receive his Invisalign until March 29, 2022, that’s how confident they made us feel, they have welcome us and made us feel so comfortable that we know the rest of our journey will be a fantastic one. Both my children had their braces done at RiteBite with Dr. Luis. Dr. Luis and his team were amazing. All my appointments were on time, the office is very clean and the attention to detail was phenomenal . I high recommend the team at Rite Bite Oakville.

Dr. Luis and the whole staff team has been amazing throughout my treatment. I had my braces for over 2 years and never once have I felt nervous to come for an appointment. They are all kind and professional. I have one employee in particular that has been really kind to me and her name is Ivana. I would have her choose my braces colours all the time. Shes got a good taste in colours lol.

From the moment you enquire about an appointment right through the entire process we were so impressed with this group of people! They were friendly and welcoming. My daughters name was on a board to welcome her for her appointment. The staff were super sufficient and helpful. No long waiting periods, Dr Luis was very good in explaining te process and made us feel welcome. They have amazing payment plans. Well done Ritebite! I will definitely recommend them to anyone starting the braces/invisalign journey.

Dr. Piedade and the team are absolutely wonderful. They were always happy to answer all of my questions and explain all of the procedures to me. Never had a a single issue with them. Cannot thank them enough for my beautiful smile ❤️

I would really not recommend coming here for invisalign or braces. As others have mentioned the office is clearly only concerned with money and monthly payments coming in…apparently since I’ve paid my entire bill it feels like I don’t matter as a patient and that my satisfaction isn’t important anymore. I really liked the office at first and was going to refer a couple of family members but not anymore. It’s unfortunate but they didn’t have any sort of consideration for my specific needs as a patient (this is after I’ve finished paying off my bill obviously) even though I’m still within my invisalign time limit of 5 years. I’m quite unhappy with the way I’ve been treated after sincerely expressing my concerns. Please find a different provider and you’ll hopefully be much better off.

I just recently finished my treatment at Ritebite and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The staff here are incredible and have made the whole experience seamless. Dr.Luis and his long time clinical staff have been amazing for all of my appointments, answering all my questions and making me feel very comfortable from start to finish! It truly feels like a tight knit family. I’ve referred two of my friends who also love the family vibe here. My final appointment is in a few months and I will miss everyone so much! :)

A 1st class office, with an All Star team. It was worth the drive from Oshawa to the Oakville RiteBite Office. Dr. Luis Piedade was very informative and detailed when reviewing the procedures, and the final result was PRICELESS....THANK YOU RiteBite Oakville Team.
