Children's Dental World

Walked in on a dentist, and 3 helpers holding my six year old down in a chair with her saying she couldn’t breath with blue lips to proceed with trying to freeze the inside of her mouth. I’d also like to add they didn’t wait more than 5 min to proceed with pulling a tooth(freezing hadn’t set in what so ever)Pathetic excuse for a dentist office wouldn’t ever bother going back

Please don’t send your children here. We have now had to redo 2 fillings and a crown with another dentist. All of which they said were not done properly the first time. The horror stories I’ve heard along with our own personal experiences are horrendous. Use caution, keep your children away.

We have always had Dr. Bo who is absolutely AMAZING. The day I brought my 4 year old in to have a tooth pulled it was a female “dentist” who I’ve never seen before. Zero bedside manner and she seemed rushed. My 4 year old was nervous and there was no small talk and no sympathy for her being anxious. The dentist put the gel on and did not wait long enough for the freezing to set in before giving her the needle. My daughter was screaming and crying in pain. They left the room and came back 2 minutes later. The dentist was asking if she could feel this or that while touching different areas of her mouth. My daughter was telling her she could feel everywhere she touched, the dentist ignored her and went ahead and started pulling the tooth anyway. To see my daughter writhing, crying and screaming in pain while the hygienist literally HELD her down was the most traumatizing thing that I have ever experienced. I would ask any parent to be cautious of taking their kids here. Unless it is Dr. Bo then do not go ahead with your appointment. We ended up with some unprofessional, impatient, ill mannered random who has likely scarred my tiny 4 year old for life. Never again.

Horrible place. Do not go here! My first was an insurance update. They were given new insurance information and only updated one of my children. Then wouldn’t accept a faxed signature or emailed signed form. So sent me to collections for a bill we shouldn’t even have gotten because I live two hours away and couldn’t drive in for a form. Then last week my daughter who has hypo plastic teeth from chemo had a SEVERE toothache. It was an abscess. I called on the 31 and they said they wouldn’t be able to see her until September 7th. I told them how bad it was, and asked if we could get medicine for it if she has to wait. I even raised my concerns about making a kid wait with a severe toothache for over a week and they seemed to not even bat an eye when telling me just to give her Tylenol or Advil. No antibiotic. No giving her an emergency appointment. They used the excuse that she is tough to treat as she has severe anxiety. I’m sorry. If she has dental anxiety should it not be taken even more seriously as to not make it worse? Then today when I called to cancel her appointment they were rude and made excuses for unprofessionalism. She then tried to insult me about the collection action which was because of an error on their end, and hung up on me. Very very poor and unprofessional in EVERY aspect. I do NOT recommend them at all. This is not the first time we have been treated poorly their either. Take your kids somewhere they are treated like a priority. Avoid these guys at all costs!
