I have had good experiences with Drayden even though I don't go there often.On my last visit there was lots of parking available. I used the online service to renew my vehicle registration and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to pick up my registration.After paying the fees online I received an email with instructions on pickup. When I arrived at their location I went to the front desk, there was no wait in line. After giving my name and showing ID, I was given my registration and on my way.Renewing registration online is stress free!

I had a horrible experience taking my Class 5 Road Test at “Registrations R US.” In Edmonton. I failed on the grounds of hypothetical situations that may have occurred but ultimately did not. I took my Road test with Drayden around 9:30 after the morning rush hour ended and passed with ease. I had a great Examiner (blonde lady) and passed only being docked for an unnecessary signal.

Went in on a weekday just after opening. Although there were 5 people behind the counter, only two were assisting customers. The rest were just sitting there on their computerss while a line up of 10 people waited for the two who were actually working. Wound up waiting in line for nearly an hour. Very disappointing.

This place is always insanely busy, they're super understaffed. I feel terrible for the people working there. Only come if you really love standing in line.

I want to give a big shout out for Kelly Yelich. She was helping me through a tough place with my vehicle insurance. Although the end result wasn’t what I hoped for, I feel Kelly went above & beyond for me. She was knowledgeable, always pleasant, friendly & upbeat, no matter how many times I called. I went on June 30th to renew my registration, which was the last day to do so for people with my last name. The registry was fairly packed, but I was impressed that they had the place fully staffed. I renewed registration and also purchased a vanity plate and they had me in and out of there in probably 10 minutes. The lady who assisted me was also extremely friendly and helpful.
