This place is wonderful! Jina is a wonderful massage therapist and the only person I have found in Calgary who does a good deep tissue massage. They are accommodating with appointments and have an open schedule. I work shift work and sometimes need to change my appointment last minute and they are always accommodating. Friendly, home feel atmosphere! Im going to defiantly try the facial services they offer.Cheers

Have come here for a massage and a facial now, and both were amazing! Their techniques are great, and I always walk away feeling fabulous. Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone looking for an effective massage!

I started going to Harmonia two years ago and cannot praise them enough! The massage is far better then a traditional western massage and actually improves your physical wellbeing. I continuously refer friends and colleagues!

Excellent massages with very friendly staff.

This type of massage (meridian) was a totally new experience for me - very little oil is used which was different from what I'm used to. However; this was hands-down the best message I've ever received. It is super deep tissue (I love the feeling of wanting to cry during a massage, call me crazy!) But the massage is tailored to your needs so they can go softer, as well. It absolutely opened my lymph nodes because my nose would not stop running! This was such a cleansing experience and I will always be loyal to Harmonia.

The worst massage ever! The masseur was talking and texting on the phone while massaging with one hand only. I didn't feel like I had a nice body massage at all. After finishing, she was asking how much insurance money was left for my family for this year and that we should use it soon before the year finishes. The woman is money driven, without putting any effort in what she does. I am not going back there again!

The best deep tissue massage I’ve had.My t-spine was extremely tight and my lower back was equally stiff when I came to Jina.One session brought my back to 85% mobility and feels loose and new!Will definitely be coming back and recommend.

Been a regular here for years! I have sustained back pain from my work and every time I walk out of here they never disappoint! They have such a relaxing atmosphere, and everyone here is super friendly!! Their facials and massage is definitely a must!!

Just in love with this place! Always looks forward to going. I incurred a shoulder/back injury from work. I was in terrible pain for almost 8 months. My hands/arms were weak and numb and I get unbearable headache and neck pain because of my injury. I also had a hard time lifting anything more than 3 pounds. I did lots of PT it was ok but it didn't truly help me recover. I had 4 bottles of different pain pills plus some bottles of different muscle relaxants and joint pills. I was always irritable and impatient cause of the pain. I could not function at all without taking my pills. The reason why I am so grateful to them. After only 1 session, I felt an enormous difference. For the first time in a very long agony for me, I did not take any pain pill, not even 1 for the day (took 7-10 pills a day before). I was blown away! I had 3 sessions now and I felt completely revived. Now, I could not tell I had an injury.
