The team behind the counter for the pharmacy were so nice and went out of their way to help me figure out my benefits card. I was feeling like such a mess but they were so helpful and encouraging. Really appreciated it! The man had the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, he was so companionate with the older customers. The walk in clinic was good too, I liked the virtual waiting room link.

In and out in under an hour on a Saturday morning. Doctor was friendly and found a quick solution. Pharmacist was quick and polite and kindly waved the $1 co-pay for me so I wouldn’t have to dig through my wallet for a buck. I’ll definitely be back in the future for minor ailments!

I went today because I thought I may have an ear infection, which it turned out I did. The doctor was very courteous, professional, and friendly, and he listened to all of my concerns. The pharmacist was also very friendly and helpful.

Good Doctors Walk-In Clinic Barrie
We drove from Orillia (no walk in clinics out there) and were turned down by 3 different clinics in barrie, and by the saving grace they were able to see my two toddlers. Extremely clean set up, and they had lots of stock for different medicines and helpful items. Every person we spoke to was extremely kind and helpful, very knowledgeable and probably one of the best clinics ive ever been to in terms of customer service, kindness and cleanliness. 10/10.

I have attended this clinic twice now and have had amazing help from the pharmacist, interning medical personnel, and virtually connected doctor. The intern was able to perform the swab test needed to diagnose my issue. Both Oscar and Brian have amazing bed side manner and I wish them success in their medical careers. Having this clinic close to home for acute issues is very helpful; especially when my GP feels inaccessible.

With a very complicated medical history of recent and after 37 years my family doctor retired, I moved to Barrie with no hope at all in the medical profession, I came to the Mapleview clinic. I’ve now been there several times to be able to say…..thank you Dr. Oscar and the virtual doctor along with incredible staff at the front for your patience, compassion and knowledge…..you’ve never rushed me and truly care. My hope in the medical has been restore……

I wanted to take an opportunity to thank the doctor and physician assistant for the wait and well as takings us in urgently last minute. Super knowledgeable and kind to kids. MOM approved clinic. Pharmacist shows great customer care. Would recommend this walk in clinic to everyone who needs urgent matter resolved. In and out super quick as well. Got my issue resolved and what is great that pharmacy was able to fill the prescription right away so you don’t need to go somewhere else.

The staff was unprofessional and wasted a lot of my time. The doctor's note I was given lacked the doctor's signature and took me three more weeks and three more trips back and forth. I came back to see the results, got a number, and would be called when it was my turn, but no one called for an hour, and I came back to see several new patients lined up in front of me, and I needed to get back in line, so why was I called to get a number? It was a half hour thing, stretched to more than three hours，disappointed with the place

I could not recommend this place more, from the friendly staff, Admire ( I think is his name ) to the clean waiting room and the fantasic doctor, Brian. They had a waiting list, they took my number and called 15mins before my appointment. Even being late for this, they still took my sick 2year old and 6 year old straight away.Also i love that they didnt have a load of sweets around the shop, which made it easy for a me as a parent not to worry about saying no to sweets, cause they are sick.Thanks for being so great.
