CARSTAR Wilson Niblett (Richmond Hill)

This is the 2nd time I used this body shop, and they did excellent work both times. Staff were friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns and provided very useful advice. I can highly recommend them, without any reservations.

Both the staff and service at Carstar Wilson Niblett – Richmond Hill is phenomenal! I had to bring my car in for an immediate windshield replacement and Hussein took care of everything for me! He had searched high and low, day and night, calling everyone on his contact list for a genuine OEM replacement for me because it was what I was requesting. The man delivered! He even managed to get my windshield serviced and replaced all within the same week. It has been just about over a week now since I had my windshield replaced and everything is great; no leaks in the seal. Wonderful job! While waiting for my car I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner Nick, for a while. He is very genuine and down-to-earth, along with the rest of his staff. I would definitely recommend this location to others and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here in the future. Great job everyone. Keep up the good work!

My vehicle was repaired at this CarStar location, and was returned ahead of schedule and in pristine condition. Not only was the vehicle brought back to life, but it also received a detailed cleaning much to our surprise... it drives like a dream, and no longer smells like stale chocolate milk! I would happily recommend this location and specifically Hussein to anyone in need!

The service advisor at Wilson Niblett said I needed a new engine cover for my Corvette. The work required a large panel to be painted and I was particularly concerned about the fit and paint match.My dealings were with Wilson Niblett service advisor, David Elliott, and Nick Chiarore, the Carstar Wilson Niblett bodyshop manager. Both of them were attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The work was done promptly and the fit and paint match are perfect. I'm very satisfied with both the Wilson Niblett Service Department and the Carstar Wilson Niblett body shop and recommend them both.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving car repair service from Carstar, and I must commend them for their excellent service, professional attitude, and incredibly supportive staffs.A required part for my repair was backordered, leading to my car being stored for several months. Carstar made sure to store my car safely in their warehouse the whole time, shielding it from rain and snow.Despite the extensive wait time for the part, Carstar diligently followed up with manufactures on the status of the back-ordered part. The prolonged delay could have easily been a source of frustration for both them and me. However, the shop manager took time to explain the process, the impact of the delay on my car, and strategies to mitigate any potential issues. He showed remarkable patience and professionalism, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Moreover, the manager was effective in communicating and implementing a solution to ease the situation, which further solidified my trust in their service.

The staff from reception to serviceman and manager were extremely professional. They were approachable, responsive and caring. The work on my car was completed and I recieved a call for pickup in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the car from top to bottom, to quote my son your car looks amazing". The process to get my car to Carstar was a little challenging

I was very impressed with the quality of work, competitive cost and professional approach I received from the folks at Carstar Wilson Niblett. My 2021 Sierra 2500 had significant roof damage and the work done was impeccable and cost effective. Both Nick Chiarore and Hussein Hassen were a pleasure to deal with and I had was impressed with their integrity and attention to detail. I highly recommend these guys!

Dealt with Hassan, was really helpful and attentive. Got my truck repaired fairly quickly given the tight market we find ourselves in right now. Would highly recommend using Carstar and dealing with Hassan.
