Cliffs Transport, Recovery, Towing

This is a company which is dishonest ,unprofessional and lacks transparency… I don’t know if it’s because they are always busy hence they customer service is always making mistakes,that I don’t know.I went to pickup my vehicle at Cliff.Side note: my car was dead so I asked to get it towed back to my house.The lady took my address and all the other details.Then had my car towed to the wrong address at James Mowatt but I live in Mill woods and still made me pay for the back and forth.Her last statement was “it’s either you pay or you car sleeps in our yard.”At this point I knew I was cheated on and because I was desperate there is nothing I could do.If you deal with these guys I feel sorry for you in advance.Stay alert

Had my friend's cat stuck within the engine bay of a car and only had to wait 15 minutes for a driver named Reid to arrive. Got to work immediately and finally freed the cat after some struggle. Really appreciated the help, the cat definitely wouldn't have managed to get out without it.

Called @ 6am and was told -- not very much on the list right now

Called and book a towing and they managed to make time for me even though I needed a low clearance truck and most trucks were on standby for street cleaning. When they arrived the tow truck driver Naveed went above and beyond not only doing a great job quickly and safely getting my vehicle to it's destination but also gave helpful suggestions for where I can go to get work done on the car.

Naveed was wonderful. Arrived quickly and got my van unlocked quickly! Super polite and nice. Will definitely use Cliffs again but hopefully won't have to.

1st rate service phone was answered in 1 minute. My jeep broke down on the south side of Edmonton and the tow truck driver got to my vehicle in about 20 minutes. No one was with the Jeep and thay picked it up and delivered to my home and put it on my drive. The driver was excellent and polite a credit to Cliffs towing. I will use them again if needed and reccermend them to another people. There price was very reasonable.

Dishonest company,In my day off, I was in my place, MY CAR WAS IN MY PARKING LOT; this company towed my car from MY PLACE. I had to pick up my car and pay 337.11 dollars; plus that, my NEW CAR WAS DAMAGED. I live in the building and if a car was over there, obviously the car belongs to the building. My car wasn't bothering nobody because it was in MY PARKING LOT (MY PLACE), so that means nobody complained about my car. It was just in my place.It was RIDICULOUSMake money in wrong way doesn't grow to successful.

Called for a tow on Wednesday evening. They could not give me an estimate as to when a truck would be available.They said that dispatch would call me and let me know.It is now Friday and that call hasn't come in yet.Luckily, another company was able to give me an estimate over the phone, and had their truck there half an hour earlier than expected.

Scottie towed my 5th wheel camper during the Canada Day long weekend, and he was seriously awesome to work with. It’s so rare to find people nowadays who genuinely enjoy their job, and it’s obvious he does. He was very down-to-Earth, genuine and professional. Might seem like such a small thing, but he made a day that was already super stressful for us that much better. Would love to get him again if we ever use your services again.Thank you so much, Scottie!

Overall my experience was very positive. Adam was my tow truck driver and he was friendly, professional and helpful. The price for the tow was reasonable! Would use this company again!
