Maybe don’t post that your branch hours are until 5pm if the tellers close at 4pm. At least specify this.

You simply cannot reach this branch. The other branches in St. John's; no problem. This one, you have to leave telephone message after telephone message after telephone message, and then it is hours for a call back. It is the same every day that I try to reach them. It is like they want you to go away. It was not until I had one of the other branches call them to ask them to pick up their phone that I got a call back. Unbelievable.

Terrible branch with bad service. They aren't trained properly and don't explain procedures properly when it comes to banking with them.
