I'm not sure where the stress was during the purchase of our new home. There is supposed to be stress but it wasn't there. We used Geoff on the recommendation of a friend. We refined our search requirements on homes, refined again, refined again and started onsite visits. We would search through a variety of homes and go visit a few at a time. The final negotiations were weird and advanced. Geoff managed to understand the current changing market (post pandemic craziness) to allow us to negotiate based on what we needed to achieve this purchase. We would go back to Geoff for the next time.
