I went to subway to order 3 footlong. The WHITE girl working there on June 1st, 2023, evening 7 p.m. is horrible. She is so rude, so misbehaving and was not putting vegetables properly. I almost asked her to fix the subway again and again. I don't understand if subway is training staff to be rude when customers are coming with quiet big orders. So much attitude and not a good behaviour to customer. We are paying and buying right. She should be nice and smiling to everyone rather than get angry on giving big order. Please fix your staff

This place messed up my order.Fine I get that.but when contacted about the mess up they refused to correct it.Rather they insisted on this run around with calls and giving out the owners number .all I wanted was the correct order I ordered and paid for.This place does not care about its customers or service.they only care about making their money and not getting an order correct or correcting the actions of a mess up.All of this could have been easy to fix but they insisted on being snakey.Go to firehouse , submarine machine or mr.sub.they will give you better service any day of the week.

Up until tonight I considered this place to be one of the best subway franchises around. Well tonight I was greatly disappointed. I ordered a meatball sub for delivery and the order after about 25 had yet to be processed so I switched it to a pick up order. When I arrived I saw a new guy and I greeted him with a nice hello I told him I’m here to pick up for Dave. He gave me my order and I went back home to finish watching my little movie and I noticed that the 12 inch meatball sub had only 2 meatballs and it was overstuffed with the toppings including lettuce, cucumbers and then like marinara sauce splashed in to look like meatballs it was absolutely disgusting. I got up and went back over there. When I arrived I asked him why waste peoples money and make me a weird sandwich? I also told him that this is my favourite subway and your bringing down customer moral. He made me another sub and I got to witness that he’s not keeping the veggies fresh, everything is unsanitary and he quite frankly does not have the technique on how to make a proper subway sub. You guys better get rid of him or teach him how to hold down your store. The second sandwich is disgusting and he had an attitude while making it which made me want to grab him by the … wooosah do better subway Ajax!!!!

A single employee handling the whole store during lunch hours, pretty standard for Subways, but she made really good sandwich upto the expectation. Had a common parking with other adjacent restaurants like Domino's and others

I had an amazing experience at Subway (6 Harwood) thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Rajveer Kaur. She was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. What really impressed me was her ability to multitask - while preparing my order, she was also dicing cheese on the breads, seamlessly switching back and forth between tasks with lightning-fast speed. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work!

Never eat from here. I went to order a sub yesterday around 2pm and the woman making my sub takes the bread out the oven, cuts it open, and as I begin to mention what I want she begins coughing right over my bread with a mask on. Did not even take the time to step away or cover her mouth. Just coughs right over the bread. I asked to speak to manager and advised him what happened and he gave a terrible response saying you have a right not to buy food here

This location was in Ajax. The parking was great even with handicap spots. Staff were friendly and approachable. The premises were clean and tidy. The food and drinks were great.

I go to Subway every day, and on my receipts I always give a five star review and receive discounts on cookies. The next time I’m in. But they are always worth 5 stars. This time it was not. Instead of using the scoop for the tuna, the young lady used the spreader and barely put any tuna on my sandwich. There was no personality when I walked in, no recognition, no hello. I did not even get a receipt, because once the lady pushed in my order, she asked how I would like to pay, and then just walked away. I still said thank you and have a good one, but received no reply. The only reason why I’m giving a one star even though it is not deserved, is because the cookies were great.
