They have lots of different parts here that you can't find in the big box stores. Anytime I need a hvac part I usually just go directly here and do not bother searching anywhere elsewhere. If you need something very specific and rare, they can find it for you and order it pretty quickly for you. I have had good experiences with sales reps that are pretty good in answering my questions.

After Pick up the part from the counter Ainsley was helpful. Thank you sir.Beside of him i asked her politely.“Madam can i ask one question”.Rude answer“ i am in the middle of doing something wait till he is done”She is too busy and focused to do her own stuff. I understood.Then Her college start talked to her. Not a problem even it is not relate to the work.Very professional and polite service.This is one of the reason i closed my credit account.

Make sure to get a day off as they make you wait on hold for more than an hour.I called them at 9 10 and 11 in the morning for an hour and more later on in the afternoon...Poor company service

Just got off the phone with this company.Not able to provide information about apparent current price increase due to covid.You get information only if you have an account.You don’t get an account unless you’re a professional.So, they set up their Air-Con industry in a way that you’re at the mercy of all installers to tell you the price of the unit.Unfortunately almost all installers we contacted told us different prices for the unit which confirms the concern for possible fraud due to the lack of transparency.The other issue is that the lady on the phone just hang up on me. Terrible.

If you want to wait months for parts and pay 4-8 times the price, definitely use lennox equipment.No issues with the staff at this location though.

The staff here is amazing. I was there to pickup a small part that they could not help me with. But, the staff there helped me guide where I can get the part. Such an amazing team who cares about people if they are their customers or not.
