This review is long overdue, from a last year event...... I apologize. This company saved my entire basement. The receptionist was extremely caring to listen to me explain about an emergency backup happening in our basement, and that a competitor company stood us up with a no-show. Wish we would have called you first. At the near end of business hours, D. Koets plumbing stepped up, sent out technicians promptly (fitting us in between callouts) and did what needed to be done to save our basement from having a major insurance expense. Thank you so much, extremely friendly receptionist and technicians, thank you for your professionalism. You will definitely be our go to company for plumbing/heating requirements in the future. I can't Thank you enough.

Our family has relied on the great team of Koets for many years. They are the most responsive service in the region. Everyone knows how important it is for a fast response when you have an emergency. Their wide knowledge of systems has turned otherwise scary situations into great experiences. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help.

I received adequate service from the owners but the same cannot be said from the staff, quite rude and off putting! The issue wasn't something Koets could fix, they simply invoiced me knowing that my issue was not resolved. Would not recommend.

Koets was extremely responsive this morning when I called in stating I had a leak. A young man arrived very quickly and had diagnosed the issues and fixed them within an hour. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his kind courteous words. He kept me informed of the issues and cleaned up the entire area prior to leaving. I will recommend Koets to everyone!! Thank you.

Up front: Strong recommendation. Will be the first person I call if I need plumbing again.I had a septic ejector check valve failure and a related burning out pump in the early hours of a Saturday morning. Called the emergency line you get listed when you call their phone number after hours and immediately got someone, polite and cheery despite the early hour. Within two hours Dustin was on scene and taking a look. Professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Answered any questions I had and was extremely open and up front about what he was doing and recommendations, giving me a few possible plans to choose from.Overall, this made a naturally poor morning a remarkably easy experience and I strongly recommend Koets to anyone in the region.

I used Koets for replacing the main sewer pipe at my house and I could not be happier with them and their work!! Shari, who took care of scheduling everything for me, was so kind and always quick to reply (much appreciated!!). I dealt with different members of their crew a few times since February and everyone was informative and I always felt confident in their recommendations. They did an excellent job with the work that was carried out; very thorough and efficient. Even as COVID-19 restrictions prevented proceeding with the job, they always made sure there no problems in the meantime and started the work quickly, as soon as they were safely able to.I will 100% use them in the future if needed and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.Thanks again to the entire Koets team!!

Highly recommend !! Fri of a long weekend and nothing is draining, sewer backed up, I have never had a need for a Plumber so I came to google and some popped up for our area and Koets had 5 stars and nothing but praise from customers.So I call them around 11.30am and they are here around 2pm, Chris with his grandson and they did a great job !! They were fun to work with, has a sense of humour and very patient !! Had us fixed up in no time and very reasonable charge. I will be using again and highly recommend !!
