Bought a new house and needed the electrical connections corrected because they were a copper/aluminium mix and decided to give Mountainside a try. They are great guys, nice, professional and fair. And what's more important is that there was a small problem and they corrected it, standing behind their work!! I own a small business and it's something we also pride ourselves in so I appreciated it very much. Would highly recommend!!

I've reached out to Mountainside Electric by email and at least twice by phone and cannot get a response. If your company is too busy to take on any more work, at least have the courtesy to let people know. Unprofessional.

We had the team from Mountainside (usually James & Josh) do the electrical work for a full main floor remodel that we did. They upgraded our panel, changed out some old knob and tube, and completely rewired our main floor. They were professional, timely, and you can tell they care about the work they do (evidenced by how organized our panel now looks). Would definitely recommend them for anyone with a large or small project to do. Thanks guys!

Kyle and his team did a fantastic job upgrading the lighting system in our entire restaurant. They had great suggestions, they were tidy, and they got the job done quickly so we could get back to running the business. They also did a number of general repairs and upgrades, keeping it all affordable for us to do during these difficult times. Highly recommended.

We called Mountainside Electric as we needed an electrical inspection for work that was done without a permit prior to us buying our house. Josh & James arrived right on time and were very professional. They walked us through the current state of our house and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed. They were both VERY experienced. We are looking forward to taking the next steps in this process with Mountainside Electric and would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!! James and Josh were very friendly and helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know. They were quick to respond, quick to to complete the work and did a good job. They even checked in with me while I was waiting for the hydro company to complete work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

We have engaged the services of Mountainside Electric over the years and they have always been an excellent company to work with. Not only are they very professional, but they always keep in mind the importance of safety when repairing or performing an electrical installation. Their staff has been always courteous and did a great job when installing lighting fixtures and dimmers in our home. For our business, they repaired some of the cables for our professional video lights and they left them in better condition than when they were purchased. This gave us such a peace of mind knowing that a licensed electrician had made the repair, which is even required for insurance purposes. We highly recommend Josh and James, as well as their staff to anyone looking for professional and reliable electrical services.

Mountainside Electric was referred to me by my contractor David Bernstein. I called Josh Beckett and he and his partner, James Turner (owners) came Monday to investigate two smoke detectors which were not working. They removed them, immediately returned the defective units to their supplier and were able to get new ones for me at no charge. They came back promptly the next day and installed the new units. A very small job for them, but they were enthusiastic and efficient. I love how they use the most up-to-date technology to run their business.
