Very helpful and left with a great pillow. Looking forward to a good sleep tonightHere is an update since I got my pillow. Not as happy as I was when I bought it. It is so hard, it hurts my ear. If you can return a mattress if you don't like it up too 100 days, you should be allowed to return a pillow the same way. When you test them out, you are given a mattress similar to the one you have, but it doesn't give you long enough to test them. Testing a pillow for a short time doesn't give you the comfort for the night.

I actually had a decent in store experience, it was after I left the store that my experience with Sleep Country went downhill. I purchased a bedframe and headboard and paid $50 for delivery and assembly. When they came to assemble, the bedframe was put together but I was told they didn't have the correct screws and I would receive a call to set up another date for assembly. So I waited for a call, no call ever came. Finally I called customer service myself to ask about the situation. They told me they would find out if the warehouse had the screws in stock and call me back to set up a delivery date. Again, no call. After a week and a hallf I called customer service again to inquire. Again I was told I would get a call back after they talked to the warehouse. Again, no call back. I've been told on three occassions that I would get a call back to get this $600 headboard set up and it's still sitting in my bedroom unassembled. At this point I just want a refund but have no way of returning it to the store. So there it sits. Very displeased with this service.

We had purchased our last two mattresses from sleep country and were very satisfied with the product and the service. So when it came time to update our mattress there was no hesitation to go back to sleep country for a new one. As we are getting older we required a softer mattress due to aches and pains in my back and my wife has hip problems. The sales man Romeo was extremally helpful and when I returned the next day to request a smaller base size before delivery, there was no problem. The tracking system for the delivery was very helpful it sure beat hanging around the house all day in case you missed them. I have no problem recommending Sleep Country to friends and family.

Bought a Bloom mattress from them. Pricing is pretty reasonable and they usually have deals on products all the time.The staff was friendly and very helpful.Cheers to the guy who helped me to put my mattress into my car even knowing the fact he had a cast over his broken leg.You sir deserve a raise for going above and beyond.

What a wonderful store; we had a really great experience purchasing a mattress from Sean who is the epitome of a gentleman, patient, knowledgeable and not in the least bit pushy. He gave us plenty of time to consider our options within our budget and we are delighted with the deal. 10/10 !

The store is bright, clean and organized. Staff friendly and welcoming. April was amazing in helping me find a mattress and frame right for me in comfort and my budget. Delivered and set up within 3 days. Warehouse staff are helpful too. New to town I made a wrong turn and they were great helping me with directions. Thanks everyone for a great experience.

Original I purchased Tempura (Orange) Firm mattress but was too firm for us, so SleepCountry offered us a free replacement of any mattress which they carried, so we chose New Kingstown Duet Gage mattress as a free replacement. After less than a month I have slept on it, I already feeling the mattress already dip in at where my bud is. After 2 months, my wife feel the same on her side of the mattress. We both are weight less than 65KG, I don’t know the replacements we got - the Kingsdown mattresses is defective or some other issues that I do not know about it.. I think I might have made a wrong choice by selecting Kingsdown. It was felt great whwn we tried at their show room.So disappointing with Kingsdown mattresses, also it’s expensive too.

I went in to buy a new mattress and pillow. I kept waking up a sore bag of bones on my current bed.Greg greeted me when I walked in the door and right away he was super kind and asked some easy questions. We tried a few beds then he gave me some suggestions. He was patient and gave me the space and time to try each bed. Didn't rush me or ask me too many questions, he let me feel each bed then would offer an option that would be similar.We ended up trying 5 different beds before I found the one I liked. Thanks again Greg! I appreciate your help and I'm looking forward to my new bed.

I ordered two pillows online for $300 and I opened them up at home and found out they are memory foam, which I don’t like and wasn’t in the description online. They are completely unused but they will not return them. Typical old school greasy sales. Do not shop here.*edit: I contacted them as stated in the reply and they did nothing for me and then ignored me.

Had a tremendous experience today when we visited the Kelowna store for a specific bed frame. The salesperson found us the perfect frame right away and we were able to pick it up at their warehouse and bring it home the same day. The setup was easy and the frame’s quality has exceeded our expectations.Thank you!
