Although Dr. M. is the best dentist at needles without pain, Dr. Gupta did four pain free fillings without freezing.

The hygienists here are always 10/10 but I took 2 stars off for the consistent negative experiences I've had with appointment scheduling. 1-2 weeks out from my scheduled appointment the office consistently spams me with texts and calls asking to switch my date/time (I assume to fill in for cancellations). I would understand if this happened occasionally but after a few years I can see that this is just how they run things. Last year I asked them to refrain from reaching out to change my appointments (I carefully book based around my work schedule) but like clockwork, they called, texted, then called AGAIN after I had already politely declined via text.

I was received with smiles and genuine appreciation. They are very attractive when it comes to when your appointments are coming up and they send gentle reminders. Out of all dental offices I’ve been through I find McKenzie Family Dental the best They explain the procedure to you before to make sure you are comfortable and at ease I would recommend them to my friends and family any day

I was booked in and charged for a teeth cleaning I specifically asked not to have when I phoned to book a checkup of a filling. Very sneaky, I arrived and was sent straight through for cleaning, I said I never booked a cleaning and front staff said oh, you'll have to wait an hour for your checkup then because the cleaning is on the schedule. They then used my medical insurance number I gave for the checkup to charge the cleaning as well.

Without any notice, unfortunately our dentist had closed her clinic. I needed to have the last cleaning for the year and the time was short. So I decided to Google the nearest clinic to my home. And. Went by the reviews from real clients and the reviews that McKenzie Towne family dental got were amazing. People love them because fill all the above. People say they are respectful, nice, emphatic, understanding and they customize your visit based on your own unique features and sensitivity. Well based on that. I picked them to be my new dentist and right from the first contact with I can confirm they are amazing. Kindness, respect, professionalism, fun, welcoming, is the general feeling I experienced there from on my first visit. I also love the fact that they give you options and the most important thing they are up front with fees, what is included and is not and possible fees from your pocket do you have the time to make your own decisions. In all I really love them all and I hope to have a pleasant relationship for me my family. Thank you Mckenzie Towne Family Dental.

This place is terrible. I would not recommend going here at all unless you’re planning to be harassed and overcharged. The front desk girl is rude and charged me a “no show” for an appointment I didn’t request or confirm. Don’t go here.

Knowing very well your insurance wont cover certain things they will go ahead and take a million x rays and then force you to pay for all that. Very dishonest. Poor business model. All other places will discuss with you what is needed, what is nice to do and what is covered by your insurance so you get to decide. Stay away from this place.

I have been with this practice since 2005, almost 18 years. I have always been very satisfied, but did not have a great experience yesterday. The work done was perfect as usual, but asked me to pay out of pocket for a residual on my two daughter’s dental work without even trying their Father’s insurance, which they are covered under. They wouldn’t refund it, now we have to submit ourselves.Also, two weeks prior, Dr. M told me about 3 cavities my daughter had and asked me to make an appointment to come in to have them filled. We went in yesterday to do that, and then at the end of the appointment, A different Dentist told me there were 6 more that Dr M. Did NOT tell me about, and that I needed yet another appointment! I was angry that the full treatment plan should have been presented to me at the first appointment so I could book the appointments needed in advance since it’s so hard to get in, and I work during the day so only evenings and weekends work.

Best dentist I have ever been to! Never make you feel bad if you haven't been the best being the best with your oral hygiene. I recommend this dental office to anyone who doesn't like the dentist. I actually enjoy going in for my appointments, from the staff at the desk to the dentists I've come to trust. Get them teefs clean!! <3<3<3
