We are forced to use Premier Appliance because it's assigned by the warranty company.Except for 2-3 email exchange at the beginning, almost 2 months now never hear from them.And they never answer phone calls, never return messages, never reply our emails.Finally after multiple complains sent to the warranty company, 4 days ago they call us and told us the tech will contact us and obviously, no sign of anything...Very frustrating seems they don't really care about their clients whose struggling with broken appliances...updated:Finally someone in the office pick up the call on my 5th consecutive attempts, and as soon as she pick up my call she put me on hold for 10 minutes.However, when I ask the lady about the repairing, her answers are:No""No idea when will it be done""Don't have the information of the technician""Don't know"Eventually she hanged up on me."

They keep me in dark with a lie that they ordered the parts and parts are back ordered from Electrolux but when I called Electrolux they said under your ticket they never ordered any parts and ended up opening my work order at different locations,,,,,,,

Had to use Premier for an Electrolux fridge warranty issue - when deli drawer is removed for cleaning, impossible to put it back in place due to a design flaw. Technician was toxic and did not resolve the root of the problem. Didn't even look at the parts Electolux had shipped. I feel for anyone who has to work with him.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.- I received an email from the company to call back. Why didn't you guys call if it was necessary. And after I call, all they told me is when technician is coming which they could have informed over email. I did not understand the logic.- The tone of the customer executive I was talking to was threatening rather than accommodating.- There was no alternate time provided and was asked to only accept the times they were offering.- I have raised a complaint at least 4 days back and service will be delivered after a week. I do not see any customer consideration here that the customer is having inconvenience. They wasted time back and forth over emails.- I was informed that the technician will not call before the visit which is most unprofessional.Overall worst service.

The repair technician was toxic. I feel sorry for anyone he has to work with. Repair visit was booked via Electrolux as a warranty repair so Premier was not our choice but Electrolux's. It was difficult just to get him scheduled for the visit - made us jump through several hoops - wouldn't come until all parts had arrived but problem had not been diagnosed. So frustrated!

So my Frigidaire Refrigerator stopped working in less than a year and the company outsources it services to Premier appliance.It took them a week to come and check the Refrigerator and the technician had no idea of what was going on! He had absolutely no clue.After going back and forth via email, I am still waiting for them to provide updates to Frigidaire company.The whole roaches response below is made-up, he had no clue, absolutely no clue. That whole thing is a lie.

I had a tech drop by within the last two weeks to repair a Frigidaire stove. Ironically it was the same guy who dropped by another time for a different repair. Needless to say, he hasn't changed. The guy entered the house like he owned the place and has to be the most unprofessional, rude and arrogant person I have ever had in my home. The first thing he did once he entered was to drop his tools on top of my kitchen counter. Honestly, I have never seen this before. I told him that is where we prep food and that not seem to be enough to move it. When I questioned him on it, he seemed very adamant about leaving it there and noted a perception of safety. What safety issue is there I asked? You’re standing in front of stove in one place and repairing it. He did stress that unless the tools remained there, he would not do the repair! The guy eventually put the parts back together and failed to do the repair he was hired to do.I must say that this has to be the worst experience ever in dealing with someone entering my home for a repair through a third party. Most people would acknowledge the error and move their tools to the floor, where they belong, but not this guy. The irony is when I called their main number no one is there to take your complaint, there is no escalation point, they pointed me back to the warranty company who hired them. I questioned them on that since they emailed me, called me and arranged the visit. Once the warranty company set things up, they did the rest. I did call the warranty company and they were as surprised as me why I was calling them for a repair depot issue. Needless to say, they won’t be returning to my home as that was the main conversation point with the warranty provider.

I contacted Premier Appliance service for repairs to my BlueStar range. The next day, the technician, Brent, was at my door. He showed up with the parts he believed necessary to repair the oven. He diagnosed the issue and within half an hour my oven was working. Brent was friendly, knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I had. He talked me through the repair and explained what and why I was having issues. I was very pleased with the service and would contact Premier again. Thank you!

If I could give 0 I would. We have a warranty and the technician orders a part before making an assessment of what the problem is. A week later we get an email invoice charging a $150 for the part because it was not required. If we don't pay our extended warranty will be voided. They are crooks and deceitful. STAY AWAY
