Been doing tax report with this office for years and found out that they have been filing the report with a clerical error. I called the CRA myself and they confirmed that Monica Kim office's been making this clerical error for last five years. Even before I called the CRA, I consulted Monica Kim office about the possible error, but they didn't correct it. Another family member of mine also had a similar issue.Personally, I feel that this accountant can be difficult to communicate with and not very informative.No apologies and no explanations about the mistakes they made. I will not be going back to this office.

The person, who picked up my phone call, (not sure if she was just an assistant or CPA) was rude and not professional. She literally asked me to make your question simple and she acted like she is the boss. Hey man, I am the one who is going to pay you. You have such a bad attitude and are not ready to provide service to your clients.
