Our small rooftop install had the older generation S215's for each solar panel. On occasion one would give up the ghost. Most times, after a quick email to Briggit, a replacement was sent. Well, more recently, the replacement was their newer Q1000 microinverters and all necessary cables. I am very pleased with the service from Sparq - thank you! We're back up and running.

WARNING DO NOT BUY SPARQ SYSTEMS INVERTERS YOU WILL REGRET IT!! The inverters fail every year. They give customers the runaround on warranty replacement. I have been waiting for over four month every time I contact them I get we will send them at the end of the week". This has been going on for over four months. They do not honor their 25 year warranty.July 2020I have replied to the response. I did get a reply VIA email asking the status of my system and the individual said he will call me. Interesting how they don’t know the status of my system for they have shutdown the monitoring website. I had to go on the roof to check

I would like to also express my complete satisfaction with using Sparq Microinverters. We installed a 5 kilowatt rooftop installation 8 years ago using Sparq’sInverters on each of the 23 Solar Panels. For the first two years we replaced inverters about every two months. Then 5 years ago Sparq replaced all of the first version inverters with the Quad 1000 Microinverters. Each Inverter can convert up to four solar panels. After an early inverter failure within the first two weeks the Microinverters have run flawlessly for over 5 years. Then at the beginning of June of this year one failed. I contacted Sparq and yes I actually got to talk to a human and within three day I had a new inverter on my doorstep. They replaced the faulty inverter under their warranty program. No question asked. After the swap they followed up with phone help to make sure that that inverter was configured correctly with their monitoring system.I cannot express how pleased that we have Sparq Microinverters in our installation. I have no hesitation in recommending the product and especially the company.
