Prospera Place
There was no line organization, the security guards were picking on people in the pit who did nothing wrong, and no water was provided for people in the pit who couldn't exit to get any for 5+ hour concert. Impossible to find where to go to get food, bathroom or merch even with the downloaded map. The show was an amazing experience but the venue definitely brought it down.

Prospera Place
Saw Megadeth @ Prospera Place. It's a very attractive venue and the sounds was great. The security staff were very efficient getting into the event and did a great job of ejecting some troublemakers during the show. We managed to find parking a block away which was nice. $3.75 tap water in a fountain cup was a bit steep and tasted waxy but that's not par for the course these days.

This building needs updating badly. Not even close to a full house and there were massive lines for the washrooms and food services. Would not want to be in attendance for a capacity show. Staff were awesome and doing their best.

Lee Brice, Teneille Arts and Josh Ross... what a great combination of talent. I'm going to have to say Teneille Arts stole the show on this one. I love Lee Brice but I guess I was expecting more from him. The venue, however, needs improving. Josh Ross and Teneille Arts had low volume, I could here the people around me talking over them singing. But, Lee Brice, the volume was so loud it hurt my ears. Plus... the food and beverage booths had ridiculous lines ups. People want to grab a food or drink and go back to their seats not miss the concert because the line-ups are so long. This is a serious problem that can and should be addressed!

Went for the Bryan Adams concert this weekend and had a great time. Large venue that seemed well organized. Only downside was a lack of parking anywhere nearby, we ended up having to park a few blocks away and walking.

A good sized arena for the size of the city.Any ticket in the arena is a good seat, honestly, especially for the hockey games.I like that there's an in and out door for the washrooms, which helps with traffic flow.The premium seats were comfortable and gave a great view of the penalty box for the game.

I went to a event here. It is a clean facility but in need of a more modern update. The seating in area could use a serious update. After 2 hrs sitting in the chair it was extremely uncomfortable. Also leg room is basically non existent. New owners just took over so maybe they will give it a more modern look and address seating. Sound system was okay. Never was in entire building. But overall experience was okay.

I went to see Jimmy carr with 4999other people and we had a wonderful time and the prices of tickets was great and to my surprise the concession was fairly reasonable on pricing.

Good size newer venue that is clean, well lit and well staffed for the most part. Except the concessions always feel they're understaffed. Building was easy to exit for the crowd size. Our seats on the other hand was in an area that could use better labeling?
