Today i had visited the store and there were these two ladies, and i had asked for the manager because i always go to her for help, and she had said she’s home so i asked the girl for help but she had said everything we have was our and when i asked help with a hair colour she disregarded what i said and went to her coworker and started mimicking and laughing at what i had said, this occurring i had felt very upset because i had never experienced this in this store as i’ve only had positive experiences. it doesn’t make sense how someone who’s suppose to be helping me was making fun of me.

I was not to happy with the customer service of one of the young ladies as I was wanting to do an exchange on Wella T14 (I swear the formula had to have changed as I used to use Wella T35 and came out beautiful now does not grab like it did years ago) The original day I came because I live out of town I spent over $100 on hair products running from peroxides the toners (3) and the bond bar stuff now (already had a couple products prior). Anyways, I used one box of T14 it did not grab so I wanted to exchange them for something else. The lady asked me if I had done it correctly and mixed the ratio right. I told her yes as I've been doing my hair since I was 14, now I'm almost 40. So, she had a bit of attitude for it I grabbed what I wanted plus some more items on top of it and no great customer service at all no have a nice day nothing like that. Unless she just was unhappy because looked like shipment had just come and boxes were everywhere had my little ones and could not even walk all the way down the one aisle because the boxes were blocking it towards the cash where the shampoos were.

I'm acknowledging Emily at this location who is phenomenal. She answered every question I had and is extremely knowledgeable with the store products. Please continue to have people of this quality and nature at your business. Due to this experience I will be revisiting!

Hair brushes from Sally's always come with scratches or dents. Also they don't carry many latest products of hair brands, like Wella. I switched my hair shopping online at Mat&Max or Cosmetic World. Not only that some employees at this store are very inadequate in their job.

Came for one item, knew what I needed, didn’t need help, grabbed it and went to pay. The person at the counter tried to get me to sign up for their membership thing all throughout the interaction no matter how much I said “no thank you.”

I went in today hoping to find a bonnet for my hair and met the most wonderful sales person ever. I wish I caught her name but she was joyful and a damn delight. She could have sold me a bag of trash and I'd buy it because she was so lovely. I did get a fantastic bonnet based on her recommendation. She's a gem!

Whoever was working around 11-12pm yesterday May 5th was absolutely phenomenal she answered every single question I had and helped me find what would be best for my hair going from black to blonde and my hair turned out amazing. I wish I got her name so I could mention her but she was amazing, kind, friendly and knew what she was talking about and didn’t talk down to me at all!!!!

Walk-in and was assisted right away by My. She was very knowledgable and lead me to the products required right away. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Great selection of personal care products. Great location in Canadian tire plaza off hespler Road.Nelly is very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.Highly recommended to all

Don't recommend. I was told that a certain nail polish was on sale. It wasn't and I was charged full price. When I went back, they would not honor or give me the sale price I was quoted. Instead, I got a refund. Found the nail polish on Amazon for what should have been the sale price.
