My wife and I both got new jobs in the Sudbury area that started at the first of the year. We had 3 weeks to secure a new house and get moved in. I had a great experience with Rent Live Own. My clients were transferring to Sudbury for work and could not qualify for a mortgage as they needed 2yrs experience. The cost of straight out renting a house is expensive, Rent Live Own gave my clients the opportunity to find a home in a family oriented neighborhood for less then renting all while working towards purchasing and gaining equity. I had a great experience with rent live own! Even tho i was able to to find a house and get a house on my own the traditional way! The people at RLO were amazing people, ready to help and achieve ur goals! If you have difficulties getting approved for a traditional mortgage through the bank or ur having a few hickups along the way I strongly suggest talking with them to find out your options regardless of if u go through the process or not these people are there to help u get into a house!
