I took 25 minutes to be able to access one PC for the lady too to log into the stores website that did not even log in so at the end of the hold duration of waiting I was not able to print the documents that I wanted to print originally, a waste of time and then at the end the lady asks do you have your file on a USB drive like come on if I had it I would have provided a instead of waiting all this time store is dirty not clean from inside at all requires pressure washing

The service provided is good. They were helpful in helping me figure out what paper type to use for my posters.However the hours of operation are very inconvenient. Since they only operate during work hours on weekdays it’s almost impossible to use this service without taking time off work.

Just walked in to get a single 11 x 17 poster printed to get signed at the fan expo on the weekend. Cost me 4 bucks, in and out in 5 minutes. Awesome customer service from the lady I dealt with. Will definitely be going back for future needs.

Hands down, this is the best print shop I have ever dealt with. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years. Staff have been consistently competent and the customer service has been consistently first-rate. It's a testament to the professionalism and management style of the two brothers who run the place. Furthermore, their prices are reasonable and their turnaround time for production is excellent.

Wow! Amazing service! I needed 2000 business cards with less than 1 days notice and they did it no problem. They also offer a student discount and they respond to emails very quickly! Thanks again.

They have the nerve to offer (bribe??) $10 off next visit for providing a positive review. Is that their way of trying to get their poor reviews lifted?? I would give zero stars if possible. They could save their money and just pay a competent person to work there, and they would not have to bribe customers to do false" reviews just to get $10 off. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They should be ashamed of themselves for having someone representing this company that doesn't understand the business AND does not have any customer service skills. Find another print shop

Most excellent. Fast very friendly and helpful service..came about noon on friday, not too busy at all. The price was very fair as well, easy to find parking. It'll my go to for printing services.
