I have never arranged to get a bin personally before because my contractors handled. This time I decided to do the major demo work myself. I searched the internet and found a bin company near where I live. Initially I was enticed by the company name at first but ultimately what sealed the deal was the great customer service Diana provided for me to make the decision. And the bin size recommended was perfect for what I needed to dispose. The bin was delivered and picked up on time - meaning early morning. This was critical to get through disposing all of the ceramic tiles, hardwood flooring and kitchen cabinets I needed to before the new build began.The person delivering the bin was very courteous and provided an overview on how to open the doors and load the bin to maximize the use of space. The pickup was also on schedule with early morning removal as requested.So now I have a great company in my contacts list should we need a bin in future plus I definitely recommend “Bin There Done That” for others.Thanks again!!!

Very happy with their service! Took possession of a home on a Friday night and was not allowed a bin in the driveway until after closing. BTDT delivered the bin at 7am Saturday morning at no extra charge. Service was as advertised and costs were fair. Will use for next reno job!

So disappointed by the lack of transparency in their charges. It was specifically agreed for a certain amount and my credit card is being charged and it's adding up to double the expense. Several bins were ordered, so I'm now paying at least $2500 more than budgeted for. Completely misleading!!!
