While waiting for a cab, the driver did not know where I lived even though I explained my address to him. I called again to see where the driver was but I was told that he will be here when he gets here. I waited outside in the cold for over an hour for him to arrive. I had to call their competition. They showed up. I am not happy with this company but that is a personal beef.

Extremely disappointed to see an Art's Taxi driver standing and screaming at a senior citizen who gets around with a walker on Main Street in Sussex. By the time I came onto the scene the driver finished his screaming in the man's face, got in his vehicle and left. I don't know what brought it on, but nothing so serious that the police needed to be involved. Driving can be a frustrating privilege and we driver's, especially those representing a business, need to practice restraint in those times. Don't take your bad day out on someone else.
