Gave us an urgent same day appointment without any hesitation and took excellent care of our Appa! We just got him from the shelter and he was in serious need of a bath and some TLC. They offered such friendly service and helpful recommendations. He was clean and comfortable when we picked him up. Definitely willing to make the long drive back.

Loved the way they treated our 3.5 month old Goldendoodle puppy, Coco! They were patient and did an impressive job. Coco hates to bath and they made it look so easy and took the time to trim him and make him the handsome boy he is. The bandana was so cute.

I held back from posting a review but I need to warn others. I took my Persian cat in for a cut because his fur was really long and fluffy and I asked them to do what they did last time for him. Reading the reviews now, I’m learning that the owners changed I see why they messed him up so badly. But they did t even tell me that owners changed or ask me what they did last time to get a better understanding. They shaved all his fur off to his skin. Cut his nails so short he couldn’t grasp on anything and kept falling when he tried to. He came home traumatized and anxious and not himself. I didn’t open his basket and see what he looked like till I got home and I was shocked. I immediately texted the girl and told her what is this? That’s not what I asked for and Casper is feeling vulnerable and traumatized. I got no response. Texted her again the next day but got No response. I called the shop no answer and I left a voicemail but no one got back to me. It would’ve meant a lot if they called and took ownership for their mistake and the horrible cut they gave my cat. Cats should never have their fur/hair shaved to the skin. A good groomer should know that. And they should know not to cut their nails too short. This has been a horrible and frustrating experience for us. They also charged me close to $80 plus tip. If I had seen him prior to getting home, I would t have tipped her. A professional business would reach out to their clients and address their concerns. They’re very unprofessional.

Took my dog to get her nails cut. First time there. 2 young girls were very friendly.

What can I say, except it all makes sense now finding out the business was sold. I had brought my cat Murphy here a couple times, for comb outs for minor matting ( in hard to reach places) and his nails clipped. Which usually cost me $30. Last August I had brought him in for the same issues. I was charged $75, no nail trim. They had him in the shop for an hour, while I had to wait outside. This is something that should have taken 10 minutes. When I got him back my poor gentle giant was traumatized! He was panting and making weird noises. I don’t know what they did to him, but obviously I’ll never go back. I’ve already found a better groomer for his needs. Did they over book? Maybe…..all I know is that the minute I got there the red flags were present, ( in hindsight) just with the new renovations in the shop alone. It lost its personal appeal. It was just a horrible expensive experience. And I do not recommend. Do your research people when it comes to the best care of your fur babies. We don’t know what goes on behind closed doors.

Professional, courteous and very friendly. Did an excellent job on our boy and under 2 hours! When we went to pick him up he was wondering around looking pretty happy! Highly recommended!

Today was my first real experience with Kit N Ka-poodle. So very impressed already! Our previous groomer, while sufficient overall, just lacked what we felt our pup needed in a groomer. The ladies made me feel very comfortable and I'm confident they will make our boy handsome and happy! They've already done an awesome job on his royal cuteness...lol...and I look forward to future visits!

Even before our 1st visit my puppy, Lucy, was so excited being there. New to the neighborhood and while on a walk we stopped in to book her an appointment and she was just thrilled, sniffing everywhere, tail wagging, rubbing up to all the staff - she clearly liked the place, the people, and was very excited and happy to be there.We knew right then and there that this would be her new groomer.Our appointment was easily and quickly scheduled for the same week. I was told she causes no fuss and had no issues whatsoever. They did a marvelous job and all at a very reasonable price.Without a doubt this is, as chosen by Lucy, her new groomer. Now, I'm very picky especially when it comes to my puppy and I would highly recommend that you give them a try - no doubt you'll be as satisfied as we are!Sincerely,George & Lucy
